Unlawful returns policy

Bought a cycling top. Way too small. Sought an exchange or refund. Cascada denied it on the basis they've declared "no returns" on their website. According to my research, Cascada cannot legally implement a "no returns" policy for on-line purchases in the UK. I have raised this with them. That they are an Italian company is irrelevant as they sell goods in the UK. Happy to update this review if Cascada have a change of mind.
Update: Cascada maintain they are entitled to a no returns policy, but have agreed that I can return the item on the usual conditions as to condition etc. I've upgraded my rating.
