DO NOT BUY CASCADE WINDOWS. 1. The seals fail easily, and you'll be replacing windows regularly. 2. Cascade is TERRIBLE to deal with. They are chock full of excuses, resistance to being reasonable, and do not respond to requests. They do not take pride in their business or their product. 3. They will not go to an easily accessible 2nd story window to replace a window with a failed seal. I had a different company replace beading on the same window. I explained that Cascade refused to go up and replace the window for "safety" reasons. The guys replacing the beading laughed and said, "You've got to be kidding." No, I'm not kidding. I am a small lady in my 60's, and I go up on my roof when needed. So, Cascade will regularly create conflict, argue, and waste your time with a "lifetime" warranty that they do not want to honor. I'm going to be putting an online petition out against Casacade Windows because I've had it with the grief and the hours and hours of my time being wasted. It's nothing but drama with this company.
