misrepresentation and non-delivery of the core service as presented.
I engaged Cascadia Group after being told with confidence that the system could generate 20 clients within a two-month period. Based on that representation, I moved forward.
After three months, not a single booked call was generated.
When I requested reimbursement due to the lack of results, my initial emails went unanswered. Only after I escalated the matter and notified my attorney did I receive a response. At that point, the timeline and expectations were reframed as a longer “Phase 1” period, which differed significantly from how the service had been positioned during the sales process.
I ultimately filed a dispute with my bank based on misrepresentation and non-delivery of the core service as presented. The bank ruled in my favor and recalled the funds.
In my experience, there was a significant gap between how the service was sold and what was delivered, as well as how concerns were handled afterward. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this service to ensure that specific outcomes, timelines, and refund terms are clearly documented in writing before proceeding.
