Annual fee of $99 but still a good deal
Be aware there is annual fee of $99 but I still enjoy the app. Watching the deals drop and finding one you love is pure entertainment! It may take me a
month or more to acquire all
my deals but I have no
problem waiting and analyzing the deals.

Easy to navigate
Easy to navigate, great wine selection. My personal rating on the wine is 8/10 on a scale of screaming eagle as a 10.
I consume a fair amount of very good wine, just limited by price. Good wine is good enough, but great wine is better, great wines are available here.

I ordered wine and then realized I would not be in town for the delivery. Michael was able to help me to delay shipping so that it would come when I would be in town. It made a huge difference! thank you.

Unhappy customer
Very complex and untrusted source of subscription based business. Customers will prefer a bulleted form of membership declaration prior to any order.
- $99 membership annual fee
- shipped is case (12 bottles) load of wine only
- charges to be debited at time of shipment and not before.
- customers have to discover all these rather than a bulleted form declared upfront .
