I would give the company a zero if it was an option as it has been several weeks since I placed an order for the phone case, and their communication practices are very poor. The company that they use for shipping, which is based in China, like the company is, does not update their tracking so you don’t know where your product is or if it has even shipped. When you email customer service, they don’t have the courtesy to even reply to you in an honest manner. The last I know, after three weeks of placing the order is my product is sitting at LAX and has been for five days, but it does not show that it has proceeded from there by any local shipping company. I regret ever ordering anything from them and hope that the product is usable as I hate to see what it takes to return the product. Never again!

BIG SCAM ALERT!
At first, they ask you to sign-up and fill out your credit card info. They immediately charge your card 250$ without previous notice! When asked what this charge is for, they said it's the SIGN-UP fee, like what?
When asked for a refund, they start to threaten me and be very disrespectful!

PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I’ve reached out for help by submitting online request not knowing what to expect. They got back to me really quick and got the details of my assignment.
