Casemates is great about keeping you informed about your packages and work hard to clear up any issues if there are any. Samantha issued a refund when my wine box was damaged and returned to sender. I will continue to purchase from casemates as I have been a member since its early days.

You are able to ask questions, share your knowledge/insight with others, and oftentimes the winemakers participate in the discussions also.

99.9% of the time you won't have any issues with your orders. On the off chance you do encounter a problem, the customer service team will try their best to resolve the issue for you. Shout out to Jessica for her help on a recent order. She was friendly, understanding, and resolved the problem quickly.
