I was very disappointed with this company. I had to wait over a month to receive my cell phone case that was the first disappointment. I received it today and when I opened it, I realized it wasn’t even the case I ordered. I had ordered a pink and green case and instead I received a clear and blue case. I don’t even like blue. So this was not only a waste of my time but also my money. I had been looking forward to receiving my package and all for it to be the wrong item. Not purchasing from this company again.

I GOT SCAM!!!!

They even turn off their Instagram comment because there are many comments asking why their case never arrive, and other people will fall into their scam, just like all of us!

The Dreamshell case that i bought has finally arrived, but it doesnt look like the photo, completely different, very low quality unlike the picture they have on their website.

First, I placed my order on Jun20th. I emailed them many many times asking for my package. Long short story, I got the package today. and I am very disappointed looking at how worse is the quality, like this is not even worth for $15 excl $6 shipping fee.

I do not even think about getting a refund bcause I am not sure, if I return this case to them, will i really get my money back?

Wish them rot in hell!

If I could give them no stars I would. Same experience like everyone else. It’s been a month no cases they just say they are coming from China and tracking is never updated. Stay away it is a scam!

Well, I guess I should have read the reviews first because this company is PATHETIC! I placed my order on June 27th, it’s now August 5th and still no case. the company’s excuse was “over seas”.. ummmmmm I’ve purchased over seas before, I didn’t have to wait almost 2 months. However, you get what you pay for. They should sen complementary cases or heck at this point a refund

I finally got my case after waiting a month and half and it’s nothing like the picture. It’s supposed to be “purple blue” but it’s barely even purple. It doesn’t look like the picture at all. Do not buy from them because it’s a scam

Same as all the reviews! Only came looking as I am having the same issues, been waiting over a month for two cases to arrive to be told they are on their way. I’ve asked for a refund and won’t stop until I get it.

I ordered a rainbow jelly iPhone XR case on June 4th 2019 it is not August 3rd and I still haven’t received my package I have emailed casemyvibe multiple times and the only reason I am leaving one star is cause case my vibe responded to me saying it has been shipped and it’s on it’s way well on July 27 I still haven’t received my package so I emailed the company again requesting a refund and they responded saying they couldn’t refund my money cause it was already shipped and she said it would be here in a few days we’ll I waited just like they said and I’m the 31 of July I still hadn’t received it so I emailed them again threatening to call the BBB and filing a complaint with them and the shipping company that was shipping my package within a hour I received a email again apologizing for not receiving my order and a confirmation that a refund in the amount of 12.95 would be put back on the original payment method used when I placed my order I still keep checking the tracking of my case and it still says it’s on kanas and the last update was July 24 2019 I advise anyone using this site not to order from here I’ve order stuff before coming from China and I have never had a problem but the tracking coming that is supposedly shipping my item you can’t even contact them by email cause there site is in a language I can’t understand

Just like everyone else who ordered I am STILL waiting on a phone case. I placed an order June 20th and the emails just keep saying that it’s on its way. It’s even more ridiculous that they take your $ and you can’t get a refund for the product until it gets here....IF IT EVER DOES. Do not order from them or waste your money

This so called company should not be in business. I placed an order on 6/20. I received a partial order on 7/31. Not only am I missing a case but the case I received is not what I ordered and the quality is sub par. The one star that I am giving is for the person on the other end of their support email replying back to me. Although it was always a “please wait” type of reply, they did get back to me. I gave up a few days ago and requested a refund because it’s very unacceptable to run a “business” like this. I understand this is run out of China but it is not clear when you shop on the website how long it will take and that what you see in the pictures is not what you will get. I also never got a confirmation email. Please don’t waste your time and your money. My advice is to stay far away.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES. It’s an absolute scam. I ordered my case over a month ago and I still haven’t received it, anytime I send them an email they just keep on telling me it’s on its way, but yet they took the money from my bank account. Unacceptable!!!!!

I emailed them so many times and yesterday finally they gave me my tracking number but they didn’t provide me which delivery company they are using. But I searched anyway and looks like they are using China post or whatever China something and looks like my package hasn’t even left China!

Well tomorrow is 15 business days since my package is “shipped”. I have strong feeling that it’s not gonna get here by tomorrow.
I hope I can get refund.

I saw the ad on Instagram and I looked through the cases and it said 10$ off or something but I guess that’s always their “deal” and I bought one. It’s been a month and a half and I still haven’t received it. We’ve emailed back and forth and over and over again they say the same thing. “Orders can take 7-15 business days (not including weekends) to arrive and you can’t get a refund until the package arrives.” Such a scam but I hope this helps someone who is wondering if they’re legit or not because they’re not!!!

I ordered two cases June 16th and I still don’t have neither one of the cases. They sent me a email for one of the cases July 6th @ 12:15am saying that it was being prepared for shipping. It still hasn’t shipped and I still haven’t received an email on my other case. I put in the two orders for the cases on the same day so I should’ve received an email for both of them on the same day. I sent them an email and they still have yet to respond. This is a complete scam and a waste of $26. I will never order anything from them again. That’s $26 down the drain and I’m so upset that I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing.

I ordered a case on June 21st, it’s now 5 weeks later and I’ve sent multiple emails to customer service about this and have gotten the same answer each time. They sent a ‘your order is on the way!’ With a useless ‘tracking link’ that leads to a their abandoned company name (they are now caseyoulater) they pretty much make you wait until passed the refund date and lie about actually sending the product, and steal your money in the process. a waste of $13 and a chunk of my life I’ll never get back Lol

If I had the ability to give negative stars, boy would I. This website is such a scam - you can't track any shipment information, you can't be refunded even when nothing arrives. I've sent out multiple emails about a case that I had ordered a little over a month ago, and I keep getting that they sent it out a while ago, and to check my spam folder for tracking updates (nothing of which exists because they change their website URL every week because it kept getting shut down). Not only that, the emails change typing fonts - like a copy and paste! It's a joke. I'm upset at myself for not looking into this website before ordering, and even more mad that I can't be refunded for a package that will never arrive.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Their cases may look pretty but I ordered mine a MONTH ago & it still has not arrived. I emailed them multiple times asking for a refund & they just kept saying the case was on its way. Also don’t fall for their “discount” bc it’s always that price anyway. Once again, THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!!

This website is the absolute worst. I ordered a phone case a month in advance of moving to another apartment and have still not received a shipping confirmation, and they refuse to refund my money. This website is a total scam and I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The Ad on my social media was just too good to pass up as the phone cases were so cute! I’ve learned my lesson and hope this helps the next person to think twice before getting ripped off. Absolutely horrible.

It has been a month and my case is not here. I ask for refunds but the say they cannot refund me my money which is bull. I either want this vibe case now or my refund. NEVER ORDER OFF OF HERE.

Such a scam!!!! I ordered a case a month ago and last week I emailed them about my order letting them know I haven’t received any info on it. I also told them I wanted a refund for my order since it was passed the days for their shipping process. When they emailed me they said my case was sent out “that day”. The same day I had emailed them about my order? Very fishy I had to say something for my order to be sent out. I’ve been trying to track it for 4 days now and it says my order has not been sent to the carrier. Don’t order from them. Just stick to amazon or eBay.
