Orders take an ungodly amount of time…
Orders take an ungodly amount of time to fill. The delivery estimate they give you is straight up fantasy, add at least two weeks to the later end of the estimate windows they give you because that's how long it's going to take to get your order. My last casetify order took nearly a month just to ship. If their products weren't decent quality, I wouldn't even bother. It's truly frustrating that the only company with a decent product can't figure out how to scale production at a satisfactory level. I've also dealt with trying to RETURN a product. A screen protector for a phone with a curved screen didn't really work at all and had an ugly weird spot where the thumb print reader was in the middle of the screen, clearly visible even when the screen was on. When I tried to get a refund, I spent MONTHS emailing back and forth trying to get an $8 refund, but they were insistent on sending me more of the same crappy product. At a certain point it just became about the principle of the thing. I didn't even care about the $8, I just wanted them to know this product sucked and they couldn't keep treating customers this poorly.

Another Great Case
This was my second purchase. Both were easy to place orders. There is a huge selection to choose from. The case arrived in the timeframe promised and in good condition. It was very easy to put it on my phone. I expect it will protect the phone from breaking in a fall as the first one did for 2 years.

I love these cases
I love these cases. The materials, solid construction, and customization. My only grief is that the ring stand option adds so much depth to the case that some wireless chargers don't work. Small wireless chargers do, like portable ones, but a flat surface with a wireless charger built in won't charge your phone with the ring stand case.
