While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I made an application on 26th February and received an automated response stating they will be in touch soon. I assume no communication in 9 months isn't as soon as I expected.
I made a claim at the begging of March 2023. Over the last number of months I have contacted you by email for an update. Is there any reason why you are refusing to reply.
I filled out there paperwork as requested. 6 months on still not heard a thing.

Having read these reviews it would appear that your company has a habit of "misplacing" emails. I first emailed on the 12.03.23 with my completed forms and received a confirmation of receipt. On 06.06.23 emailed that my UK contact address was changing, having received no response by 09.06.23 I called the contact number given to be told that there was no trqce of any contact with me at all. I forwarded the completed forms email and the confirmation email, but still no trace. Where do I go from here??? do I just forget you and find a more competent company to claim on my behalf???? More than 8 weeks have passed since my initial contact, do I take it that if you do finally find my claim that you will reduce my costs following your incompetence.
Seeing the response only serves to reinforce my first conclusion that you are basically incompetent. The last email from you was regarding the copy I sent you of the original email containing the documents to fill in and return, which I did. You suggested that I'd not returned them which could be why you had no record of me. Were that the case, why did I get a reply saying thank you for submitting the information and that you were already on the case and would get back to me should you need further information. This email I also copied and sent back to Stuart.

Worried this is a scam! I haven't had any replies to my emails and have handed over some info. Feeling very uncomfortable!

Emailed hello@casetoanswer immediately after filling out form. Cancelling within the cooling of period and asked for acknowledgment, nothing received so emailed a second time and still no response.

I requested that my case be cancelled about 5 minutes after submitting their online form and asked for confirmation that this has been done. No response. I am concerned that my information might have been passed on and used for nefarious purposes.

I haven’t dealt with them. I was checking whether they are legit. They say they have 5 stars from you - Trustpilot but you don’t seem to have heard of them!!!
