My experience with CaseUp was quite disappointing.

I ordered a phone case in the Graphite color, but received an Orange one instead. Later, I was told that the Graphite variant was out of stock. If that's the case, why was it available to order on the website in the first place?

What frustrated me most was the lack of communication. Nobody contacted me to ask whether I would like a different color or prefer a refund. They simply shipped another color without my approval.

The customer service was not helpful either. The issue isn't the Rs. 1,600 I spent it's the time, effort, and inconvenience that could have been avoided with proper communication.

Since AG glass cases aren't commonly available in local stores, I specifically ordered online to get the color and model I wanted. Unfortunately, that didn't happen.

Based on this experience, I can't recommend CaseUp. If an item is unavailable, customers should be informed and given a choice rather than being sent a different product without consent. Their customer service is pathetic, waste of time and money

Absolutely pathetic experience with Caseup. I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max cover and received a cheap, third-class quality product that looked nothing like advertised. When I contacted their support and owner for a return, they falsely claimed the cover was “used” just to avoid taking it back. The product was NEVER used. This is completely dishonest and feels like fraudulent activity. Their behavior, fake excuses, and terrible return policy are unacceptable. I am seriously considering taking legal action in consumer court against this scam-like treatment. Avoid this company if you value your money and time.
