Very disappointed with the customer service I’ve experienced from blanc space. I was brought a phone case from here for Christmas and unfortunately it has chipped badly with 2/3 months of having it. I contacted the customer support chat on their website and was told as I was within the 12 month warranty I could have a free replacement or a discount code for a different design. The bot told me it had passed me over to the human support team and I would have a response from them within 48hrs. I waited 2 weeks and didn’t get a reply. I tried again, starting the whole process from the beginning and again the bot told me the human support team would reply within 48hrs. I have been waiting 2 weeks and have still not heard anything.

I absolutely love my Blanc Space phone case. The design is beautiful and looks exactly like it did on the website. The case feels sturdy and well made while still being slim enough to fit comfortably in my hand and pocket.

I’ve dropped my phone a few times since using it, and the case has protected it perfectly. The print quality is excellent, with vibrant colours that haven’t faded or scratched off. I also get lots of compliments on the design.

The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was quick, and the case arrived well packaged. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from Blanc Space again. If you’re looking for a stylish phone case that offers good protection, I highly recommend them.

I love these cases! They're extremely unique and there's so many to choose from. Whenever I need new cases I will definitely look here first! The transaction was quick and easy, and the delivery was fast. The quality of the cases are great as well.

Would have given higher score if I received what I ordered!Happy with the case but not the customer service.I ordered on the bogof offer and at the checkout it was suggested I may like a protective screen glass.I added this.I then only received one case not two as advertised.I contacted blancspace and was told because I added to the order the offer no longer applied as the glass protector wasn’t in the offer.I wasn’t expecting two protectors,!! Was I expected to do two orders to qualify therefore more delivery charges?That is ridiculous.I replied and said there was no warning that the bogof would be void by adding to the order(I spent more with them after all)and I asked for the extra case but have had no response.They have ignored further emails disputing this .Will not be using this company again.

I love my new cases. They are so pretty, they aren’t too bulky but still protect my phone, are scratch proof and are also mag safe.

Paid about €40 for a case and on the first small drop the back of the phone is completely smashed, used Casetify for a year before switching and they are so much stronger with hundreds of drops.

Ordered two covers for the price of one. Received them very quickly and am very happy with the covers.

The position of the image shown on the website was not the same as what I received on the case. The world image was in the shape of a heart but the top part was cut off on the actual case which does not look right. After informing the company they have refused to rectify the issue. Please also take into consideration when purchasing the clear case it has white grips that is clearly visible around the edge. so clear case is not an accurate description.

Item hasn’t arrived despite paying for express shipping. Tracking hasn’t updated past ‘we’re expecting your parcel’ in over a week. Tried to speak to customer services and their AI bot said they would refer on to an human and I’d hear from someone in 48 hours but have head nothing.

I was unsure what to do after reading reviews but I'm actually really pleasantly surprised. The quality seems quite sturdy and beautiful designs and delivery was quick!

Just bought a replacement for a previous photo case which was of good quality, so hopefully the same for the product.

However the experience was not as good as 3 years ago:
- Firstly a BUY ONE GET ONE FREE which is ... locked to the exact same design on both items? Doesn't really make a lot of sense.
- I signed up and got a FREESHIP "gift" that ... doesn't work at all, just a bland "cannot be used" message when I try to apply it. A lie in other words, despite getting my email.
- I attempted to engage with their customer service on Facebook which looks to have been outsourced to an AI slop tool. It acknowledged the lie above ("You’re absolutely right, and thank you for pointing that out.") but then ... did nothing, on loop. Eventually it promised to forward my message to a real person, but 2 weeks later ("they'll reply to you within 48 hours.⏰"), nothing.

So hopefully the product will be still be good, but the service is noticeably worse.

BOGOF - if true, not sure how this is supposed to work. There was an "Edit" button in the checkout page which gave me ... a delete option.

FREESHIP ... ok yep, completely unclear. As it happens, I would have chosen free shipping over a duplicate product - so I'm basically frustrated by not being able to truly have "get one free", but then also frustrated by getting charged for shipping that was advertised as free.Meh.

AI, well I guess if you follow up you might see the original :)

Happy with my product, I ordered 2 and actually combined them with some precise cutting and gluing. The doctored phone case turned out to be exactly what I was wanting in a phone case.
