Dan did an excellent job on our kitchen refurb. He carried out our brief and went beyond, much to our satisfaction. He works skilfully and with great knowledge. Dan is very amenable and all in all did a great job for us.
We had a downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom redesigned and installed by Casey Interiors, which we are very happy with. Exceptional care was made with regards areas in adjoining rooms where walk through or additional plumbing was necessary. Each evening the premises inside and outside was left in a tidy condition. Would throughly recommend Casey Interiors for any bathroom and toilet refurbishment and/or redesign.

Dan works in a professional manner, giving good advice, working to his time schedule and excellent workmanship. He has up-graded my shower room recently, although he has done several different types of work for me over the years.

Dan was really friendly and helpful until a problem arose after completion and full payment. The end product is lovely - really pleased with how it looks. Unfortunately the shower stopped working after a week, and he couldn't work out what the problem was. Eventually he insisted on a sizeable payment before revisiting, but refused to provide a breakdown for this cost. We managed to find another plumber who came in and got it working at a fraction of the cost. A shame, as Dan ruined a perfectly good relationship by not putting right the problem.

Dan, You essentially washed your hands of an elderly couple as you didn't know how to solve this problem - you did not send a breakdown of the charges you wanted before revisiting to change the parts you said could be the problem, after numerous requests. Indeed, you never answered or replied to our calls. It turns out these parts were not needed to solve the issue so they would have paid you for something not needed. The shower worked before the refit with the same pipes and pump - another plumber managed to establish the issue for a fraction of the cost you had wanted, and only wanted paying when he had solved the issue permanently, not demand payment before the next visit as you did! We remain very happy with the work done (original 5 star review), just very upset with the poor service in finding the problem when finished - you said they got what they paid for... they did not pay for a lovely looking bathroom with a non working shower (a disabled person unable to wash until another plumber resolved the issues), so you should have carried out better fault finding and resolved the issue rather than conveniently blaming their 'old pipework and pump' which had been fine before!

Dear phil we apologise if this issue has cause you distressed,we have been more than reasonable with the after care of this install and were disappointed that 4 months after you posting a 5 star review for us you’ve changed it to 1 star review due to your parents shower not working intermittently which arose 1 week after completing your
bathroom (from your existing pipework to your existing old shower pump that wasn’t fitted by casey interiors). We received multiple phone calls and messages from you at unsociable times to which we replied promptly to.
We believed there could be an airlock in the system so we came out to your parents house free of charge to drain the system to relieve the possible airlock in the system after we had done this we showed your mum and dad 12 times the shower working before we left. In this case 5 days later the shower stopped working again. so we then re-visited the property again free of charge and altered the existing pipework to your old showerpump from the hot water cylinder and didn’t charge you for parts or call-out out of kind gesture as there was two pipe arms where the airlock was possibly building up so we replaced with a more direct route pipework to your old shower pump. When you was continuing to have problem we then visited the property again and evaluated the situation and advised best solution would be to replace your old shower pump or fit a surge flange to top of the pump but also explained we wasn’t going to be available to carry out this works due to working away in other side of country for 14days and this works would be chargeable as it wasn’t a problem that occurred from my Bathroom works and was a problem that arose from your existing pipework and your showerpump to see if we could come to a resolution , and advised you to get a callout bathroom fitter as we was unable to come or send out any of my staff to fit a new pump or flange in a reasonable amount of time as we understand being without a shower can be very hard and needed to be sorted promptly and it wasn’t something we could do at the time. We apologise that you feel this way and as you can see we have gone over leaps and bounds in the aftercare after fitting your new bathroom which you was very pleased with and you gave me a 5star review as most of my customers do as casey interiors take a lot of pride in our work and work to high standards for our customers and there aftercare of there bathrooms and immediate needs and apologise for any inconvenience or stress this has caused to you and your parents.
