Cherry donuts

My problem is that 1 time of the year you have cherry donuts and I look forward to them. This year you took them away. I know they always sell well so can't figure out what you were thinking.

I would have of been with Casey 4…

I would have of been with Casey 4 yrs.the 5 the of March. I really enjoyed my job. I will admit I like to talk. But everyone else did to. I was full time and has been since the first year I worked there. Joyce Krom was my boss and one of the nicest and friendliest and wasn"t afraid to work along with you. I got full time hours and treated with the up most respect and she had your back. I got alone with most of my team and Customers, I also grow up in Spiro. So Joyce would come to me when she had a question about a customer. We worked like a team should. Joyce was told she was going to have to transfer to Poteau ok store and our asst. Mgér. Became store mgér. And she and I never got alone from the beginning it was like she hated on me. To make a long story short. I got a lot of complaints about poor management. I did every thing she ask me to do. Our team leader was very ugly speaking to people and loud. She and I also didn't get along because she would say things about me to get me in trouble. I loved my job at Casey and hated it that some one think so little of me to cause alot of finance problems for me. Jennifer Sidler is the mger name. It seems like all she would do is complain at us and smoke for 15 to 20 minutes or talk on her phone. She was rude to her employees in front of customers like me alot. The store appearance has gone to the birds. They is some good people that worked there and they ALLcomplaine. About each other. But I was told since I was full time that I had to go. Because she just wanted part time people. I still wish I had my job with my First boss. But I guess it is what it is.i just hope Jennifer doesn't go throw what I did because of her decision. Thank you for your time.

The store I go to is fine

The store I go to is fine. However Casey's customer service is below one star. My account has not worked for months after contacting them they said they were aware of the issue and were working on it. Not to worry my points would still be there. HA after 6 months I get back on my points are gone. So again I write to customer service and the idiot answering me says I USED THE POINTS. OMG are you freaking kidding me. I even took multiple screenshots showing how the stupid app AND website would not let me use anything. Couldnt pay couldnt order COULDN'T USE POINTS. Nice job, I wont go there again!!!!!

Taco pizza with no sauce (or salsa)

Taco pizza with no sauce (or salsa), no refried beans and no lettuce! Had to look close to find a few pieces of corn chips. Our dogs weren't even interested in the pizza. Worst ever!!!

Corporate doesn’t give a care.

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and I live close by one. I have been having issues with my divot card when paying in the store and no one seems to be able to help. Also, the last 6-12months the pizza quality has deteriorated to the point that we actually throw away the crust and eat the toppings. There is no consistency. I tried calling corporate in Omaha. A total no brain answered the phone and stated she would have a manager get back to me on both issues. One month and no response. I have started buying my gas at less convenient locations and have not bought a pizza in over a month. Normally we ordered one 2-3 times a month. Corporate has a severe management issue both at the store level on training and retaining employees and at the corporate level for giving a damn.

My fiance went into Casey's to get a…

My fiance went into Casey's to get a pizza order due to me not feeling well and the kitchen staff was very rude which included Glenda aka management and two other staff members would not tell him when the order would be ready and they never started it. Waited in the store for 10 to 15 minutes and then we left. I'm about ready to make sure that ppl along with headquarters know how they are treating ppl. I recommend that you don't go to the albert lea Casey's cause even management will treat you bad!

My taco pizza is the saddest pizza I…

My taco pizza is the saddest pizza I have ever ordered. I got maybe 10 chunks of tomato, a small handful of chips (half my pizza had no chips on it) and big chunks of lettuce thrown around on it. The first time I ordered pizza and wings from this place I told myself I would never go back. But I decided to give it a second chance when I found out it was national taco day and taco pizza was on sale. I should have gone with my instincts and stayed away. I have wasted so much money on crap food at this particular store. I will not do it again.

Worst customer service on the planet

I had ordered a pizza online from them on august 18th.. they called and said that they accidentally cancelled out the order and would like me to reorder.. I was assured the original charge was nil and void.. until I got my bill and I was charged for both pizzas .. as I called to speak to a manager she informed me she would speak to her supervisor and get back with me.. WHICH didn’t happen. I then called back and Alison refused my call.. so being on speaker with several others.. she lied to me and said I need to consult door dash.. without me showing I ordered directly from their app.. DoorDash was never mentioned.. I was hung up on and asked again to speak to her.. and hung up on again.. I called to ask who her direct manager again.. I was refused.. a few minutes later a cop was pounding on my door.. I was already hooked up to my feeding bag so I spoke to him against the upstairs window.. he actually said they said I called them over 20 times.. funny how my phone shows 4x..I asked him to leave .. I called to speak to his supervisor and if it’s possible to be more rude than she was even more rude.. apparently I’m supposed to be okay with being charged 2.. oh and the genius cop supervisor said “yOu CaN deLeTe CaLlEr Id.. of course you can however, the itemized bill you can’t.. with these type of ppl running society we are all doomed…

Casey’s are poorly ran!

Ever since Casey’s have taken over the fantasy’s in Omaha, the stations have went down hill. The Casey’s are all ran terrible. They are all run down, filthy, there yards are nothing but weeds and the insides are disgusting. The pumps never have any liquid in the window wash reservoirs or towels. The guys in the car washes barely ever hand wash anymore.

Reliable Employee

Recently stopped at the Casey's in Hastings, Ne (16th Street Locale). While there, I mistakenly left my Debit/Credit card at the counter. Later that day I realized it and called back to the Casey's hoping to hear that they had it! Well, they did. An employee of the store, Tina, was honest enough to take it and when I called she informed me that she had possession of it. She promptly put it in the mail and I had it two days later! There are good people out there, and I'm glad to inform you that one of your employees (Tina) is one of them! Thanks!

I ordered pizza online for pickup

I ordered pizza online for pickup. When I arrived home with the pizza it wasn’t cooked. I can’t believe that the kitchen staff would send food out of their kitchen that’s not done.
