Having never used an online company to sell old jewellery I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was. I sent the envelope away on the Wednesday and had a very good offer on the Thursday morning and then the money was in my account within 1 hour. We offer a free, insured, no obligation valuation service, where we pay all the postage to receive your precious metals, and if the offer is refused, we pay all the postage to send the items back to you. We do however require a minimum of 10 grams of gold to use our free postal service. Parcels containing under 10 grams of gold will incur a £15 admin fee to send the items back to you if the offer is refused. This is stated on our website, and in the gold selling pack we sent out to you.
Unfortunately it is not viable for us to offer a free postal service on very small quantities of gold as we struggle to cover our costs.
