Don’t be fooled by the free postage
I sent several packs of gold to this company. Although they paid quickly, the amount I received was less than 50% of the value quoted on their website. I would recommend shopping around, as you can get a much better price elsewhere. Don’t be fooled by the free postage.

My customer experience with this company is abysmal. Their website is far from clear. They will offer only a % (67%) of the spot price they show on their website and that % will depend on the weight ‘banding’. I refused the first offer. Representative then liased with Manager. A revised offer was made and the difference was negligible. Despite me requesting my gold (26g and they said it weighed almost a gram less!) be returned, to date no return has been made and I’ve missed several calls from their purchasing manager. Tried calling back several times, only to be told ‘your call cannot be taken at this time’. Emailed them for update-no response.
