I am extremely disappointed with Cashaa.

I currently have no access to my assets — neither through the mobile app (iOS or Android) nor via the browser. My funds are effectively locked without any explanation.

What is even more concerning is the complete lack of customer support. I have sent 17 emails and support tickets and have not received a single response.

For a financial service handling customer funds, this is unacceptable. Transparency and support are essential, and both are completely missing here.

I strongly urge Cashaa to respond immediately and resolve this issue. Until then, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone

Almost 6 months, starting from September 2025 this platform hold users money in custody. Without preventive notice they just shut down all withdrawals. All deposoted money is frozen starting from that period. Reasons? There is no reson, because they changing it every week. DO NOT trust this indian scammy platform your funds, if you heard about cashaa somewhere of from someone. Just imagine how you lend your money to "trusty" friend, and after one month he just disappear without any word. That is cashaa in one sentence. At this point waiting is just waste of time. They moved to Costa-Rica, where client regulatory protection is very weak. Add six monts of money blockage and you`ll get the picture. Thousands of dollars is almost certainly gone. And not only invested in their CAS token, but also deposited money, Fixed or Flex deposits. All promises, dedlines was broken several times througout this monts and until today - no visible posibility to get our money back. DON`T make your ways with cashaa.

1 month update: no movements at all. Scammy indians probably bankrupted and feeding their community with "soon" once a week. Whole platform is frozen. Last updates was when they released their updated app and site 12.02.2026. Spoiler: neither is working well. Since then - no news, no posting, nothing. To everyone who searching info about this company know this: it`s dead and those indian scammers (Saswat Das, Amjadraza Khan as they named) just stole their user`s money or lost them in some poor internal management process. Once again DON`T use cashaa. Oh wait, you couldn`t. Even deposits are not working for 7 months.

25.04.2026 Update. Finally some news, something worth sharing with someone who wonders what`s wrong with cashaa. No, hold your horses, that is NOT good news, There is no such thing with indian scammers. For 2 days their app and site is down. "Google Play requierment" and "Domen issues" they say. And yeah still no withdrawals and still more BS with "soon" in a Telegram chat. Please make sure to contribute in a Cashaa downfall.

I counted 5, what`s your result? That`s just sad. I hope cashaa will FINALly die ASAP. World has never seen such level of helpness and pityness.

06.05.2026 Update. Quite the commotion lately with this platform. I wonder if it have to do something with BTC price raising which is exactly what they wited for. Anyway, you might wonder: "what this lunatic that updated his revies for like forever want to tell here?". Hold on tight. Today saswat shred a link... to... ANOTHER version of their site. Work in progress (like they can release their products fully and in time) and just load of crap. I wonder if their platform gain at least 1% of it`s functionality when they release the site. Otherwise it`s just madness. Spending money, human resources to develop ANOTHER site (another from february 2026) to promote their NOT WORKING platform and STILL NOT WORKING APP. How someone can drown a 10-year old company in a mud like this. That`s indian trademark for you. And I`m not done yet, here`s the topping. Cherry on top. Someone from cashaa team is censoring their TG chat. They are deleting any messages related to Kumar (ex-CEO and main figure responsible for caashaa downfall) and denying any connection with him. If he is nobody now for cashaa, then why bother, right? I`ll tell you why. Simply because Kumar is STILL running things on cashaa. They just trying their best to cover for him. That`s all. Spread #cashaascam.

18.05.2026 update. Yes, I`m still here. Just a brife notice from new "weekly update". Indian scammers launched... REFERRAL PROGRAM LMAO!!! App isn`t working, trust flushed for the last 8 months, cant deposit/withdraw anything BUT! We get fing referral program... Who is gonna use it!? And HOW is it supposed to be used when there is no functionality at all? OMG... spread #cashaascam. Let everyone know that #cashaa is indian scammers.

Since a few days I found out that I can't send or trade any of my funds, any fiat, crypto nor deposit (luckily!)!! It's frozen, or gone!?

While Cashaa recently sent me an email with best wishes and all, nothing about this. When contacting helpdesk by mail, they reply: "Thank you for contacting us regarding withdrawals.
Please note that due to ongoing regulatory restructuring, withdrawals are currently paused across the Cashaa platform for all user accounts.
We will notify you as soon as withdrawals are resumed. We apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

WHAT!!! Unbelievable, as I told, without notice.. So I am guessing my crypto's are gone. Trust went straight to rock bottom levels. What can I say. I will update! Untill that moment, stay away from Cashaa!!

I've been with Cashaa since their ICO launch in 2017 and never had any problems with my funds. No issues with security, no issues with withdrawals and no issues with support. I follow all discussions on telegram and staff is always responding.

They offer the absolute best earn rates available on the market and never missed a payout.

Do not give these thieving individuals any money. I bought in on their IPO in 2017 and after multiple contacts I've NEVER see a cent.

First time crypto investor. Transferred BTC bought from an Indian exchange to Cashaa for their outstanding APRs. Wanted to earn good interest on my bitcoin while holding for long term. Simple and easy to use app for a beginner like me

Cashaa customer service was very good helpful, No problem.

I opened the business account earlier this year and tried to deposit $100 on the 19th of May 2023 from my business UK Wise account to confirm that it is working. It is the 21st of October and they never located the funds. After sending the transfer receipt and filling out multiple forms they stopped replying to my emails.

It is a fraud service please be cautious!

Everything they publish online makes them seem like a reliable banking option but don't be fooled, they are a dodgy company and you should NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY OR CRYPTO.

Do not trust this bank! They will feed you lies about their products to draw you in.
Will tell you what you want to hear to get you to pay the premium fee, I have been mis-sold a premium account completely!

we paid an extortionate amount of money for a business account with this "fake bank" they dont even have proper payment system integrated all payments are done manually, we have waited now 4days since initiating a payment it is still pending, the support is the worst they just say "our team is handling it" what is the to handle? it should be automatic sent like every other bank, how can a business use this service as intended if they cant make payments in a prompt manner
