While working from home
While working from home, my niece thought she could get away with
stealing my money right from my account. She had access to my purse
and phone. I checked my account that day which is something I do
everyday. I noticed cashapp had $100 of my money, I checked to see
why! The only person who had access was still in my home. She tried
explaining and it was all useless since I have limited funds to start off
with. She also realized she didn't even send it to the correct cashapp
and tried fixing that problem by requesting money right after. If I were
going to give money to someone who's right in FRONT OF ME I would
do it in cash! I don't use cash app too often but I DID plan to use them
again. Long story short, she called and chatted with cash app she said,
and didn't get anywhere since she was trying to make it right after being
busted. NEEDING MY MONEY I went to their CHAT and spoke to someone
who sent me information stating as of 01/13/23, that transaction for $100
was CANCELED and based on my bank it could take up to 3 business
days for it to fall off. On 01/18/2023, that transaction posted! SO THEY
LIED! My money was stolen by a 14 year old and now I am being lied too!
That CASH APP message was sent to NFCU's Fraud Dept. And as long
Cash App confirmed the cancellation, they need to honor it. It's canceled so I
need my money back! And the days mentioned has already expired now. I
was told today 01/20/23 by someone in Cashapp that the money was
NOT stolen and that I gave authorization... THAT BEING THAT PERSONS
ASSUMPTION, SINCE THEY DON'T KNOW THAT FOR SURE, DOESN'T MATTER AT ALL SINCE IT CHANGED
NOTHING! It was stolen and then canceled by cash app. The money is
now being stolen by CASHAPP...
My next complaint will be to Consumer
Financial Protection Bureau who will also get that confirmed
CANCELLATION TEXT.
The Attorney Generals office might be too much for
$100 but if Cashapp does not refund that canceled transaction, I will be
filing there as well. I fully intend on taking this to court. It will be worth it... I can't believe the nerves of people and shame on Cashapp for making me fight for $100 that is already mine.
It would be different if someone was cash app'd $10,000. Either way, it's still mine!
You don't get to claim my money just because it was stolen. THAT DOESN'T WORK ANYWHERE!
I don't care how small the dollar amount is, it was still stolen from me! And I will never give up until I get my money back! THAT IS A PROMISE...

Used to be great but now all of a sudden it has stopped sending payouts. I have emailed CS but nothing back yet. I will update the review accordingly after a fair amount of time.
