The online and setup experience was seamless and easy from the beginning to end. The only issue I had was the day of pickup.

We had an agreed upon time of 5pm. I called at 445pm to let them know I was home and ready and was told that the driver was 30 mins away. At 615pm I called to follow up and was told that the driver was on the way still.
Just as I was about to call and reschedule the pickup, the driver showed. It was 8pm and I was trying to put my kids to bed. The process was further delayed because my name was spelled wrong on the cheque.
This was very disruptive for myself and my family and was suppose to be avoided with the earlier pickup.

this was a very easy and pleasant experience. I thought I got a good price for my vehicle. they arranged pick up within 2 days of initiating my request. they were professional and quick. overall a pleasant experience

Total waste of time. Booked for 10 am and showed up 2 and half hours late. Over the phone, was told car was worth 4,000 to 7,000 based on info provided --- i.e., age, mileage, windshield needed replacing and some body work needed. Expected the spiel about all the reasons for it to be on the lower end which was not unreasonable but said only worth 4,000 in perfect condition (its called bait and switch) and then offered 2,000. Complete waste of time and had no business card so I could provide feedback to management so came here. Reputable company ... NOT.

A quick and seamless process. Accepted offer, e-signed documents, the tow truck driver arrived, collected my registration and passed me the cheque.

Easy to deal with and professional the whole time.

The process of figuring out how much my vehicle was worth and scheduling pickup was fine. The system was automatically sending emails for the next step in the process before a representative called me leading to duplicate emails. My vehicle was not picked up the day it was scheduled, forcing me to reschedule.

The service and quickness of their pick up was more than I could ask for. They offered more for my car than anyone else.

They offered more than the competition. They promptly picked the vehicle up at my driveway which is out in the Muskoka boonies. All the paperwork easily handled online. I felt the whole transaction to be professionally handled.

I don't write many reviews but when something goes very well then it's a must!

The tow truck driver called me last night and said he would arrive at 8am this morning. He came on time, gave me a cheque and towed my car away. I went straight to the bank and deposited the cheque without issue.
Cash for cars gave me more money than I expected to get on top of this.
I have nothing bad to say about this company it worked for me 100%!
