I m very satisfied with CashforCars. Originally, I was a little hesitant when they ask me to text a picture of my signed title before the car pick up, because it is my first time using this service. However, I decided to proceed. After that, everything went well. The scheduled pick up was next day and on time. They are partner with Copart. I received a check from them and was able to cash it right away. Carforcars is honest website to use and their customer service is fast and responsive. I would recommend to others.

Great experience! Very quick and easy. Very fair price for vehicle. Filled out form online, received a text soon after requesting pictures of vehicle. I sent pics the next day and spoke with rep about the condition of vehicle. Received a return phone call with very fair offer shortly after. Guaranteed offer was texted and emailed to me. Instructions for signing and notarizing title were also texted to me. Sent pics of notarized title the following day. Pick up was scheduled that day and the vehicle was picked up the following morning. Tow truck driver was very nice and actually lives in my neighborhood. Showed up first thing in the morning after calling first. I handed him the title and keys, he handed me the check. Deposited check by phone and it cleared my account within a couple hours. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone! Very impressed by the process!

I don't have anything harsh to say about the experience. The truck driver was on time, had the check. We gave him the title for the car. It was done in about 10 minutes couldn't be happier. I got the estimate that we agree to. IF I was to sell another car. I would definitely call cash for cars.Thanks again.

The process was so quick and easy. So easy that I thought it might been a scam but it wasn't. I called them on a Sunday evening, they asked a few questions, asked for some pictures. They called me back maybe 30 minutes later not even, gave an offer way above what I was expecting. The next day I went got a copy of my title send them a picture, we scheduled a pick up time for the next day. The driver called me ahead and gave me his ETA. He handed me a check, I handed him the title and that was it. I went to the bank right away and di not have any issues cashing the check. I will recommend them to anyone looking to sell their car, especially if you have or can get a certified copy of the title.

The Copart employee I dealt with, Quinn, was helpful and patient in guiding me through texting photos of my car's title.

Process was rushed. Don’t start filling out info on your car unless you’ve got half an hour and your title right in front of your face. They call you less than a minute after you type in your phone number and expect you to be ready.

The offer I got was fine I suppose but the process of sending someone to get the car was also rushed. I pushed them off two days and was given a pickup window of 8am-5pm and the driver was there at 8pm.

I would maybe use them again to get rid of a car but it’s a rollercoaster and if I hear of a place that can do it with a lot less pressure - I’ll go there.

After info was completed about my vehicle on the website I was promptly contacted, asked for a few more questions, sent a few pictures, then an offer was made and accepted, a few pictures of title and transaction was done in less than an hour. Vehicle picked up at my location next day.

The price went from 1000 to 600 all over the title. I am the owner but due to issues with the DMV I was forced to take a low offer.

I am glad that the towing person didn't try to haggle and the check cleared. However, it was not a smooth overall experience. I got conflicting and confusing information on how to prepare the Title, one rep told me I need it notarized and another rep told me not to notarize. One rep sent me to sign and notarize Power of Attorney, another told me it's not needed. The towing truck had to come back because he first arrived unprepared.

It seemed like a reasonable price offered for my car, and the process was quick and easy. The tow truck driver was easy to work with, too.

They show you where to sign your title, but I still had a question about whether to put the odometer reading in or not. They suggest not doing that, just signing. So, that could be made clearer up front plus letting you know that they will send you a bill of sale via email is my only suggestion. Other than those minor details, everything was smooth.

Initial contact polite and concise about obtaining a reasonable offer.
Handed off to a different section for paperwork needs and requirements. This is where it became an issue. The agents apparently are out of country and working from home or very noisy (with children?)environment. It was difficult to always hear what was requested. Then it took numerous return calls and email photo copies of signed Titles etc. To satisfy the agent in setting up the retrieval and payment for the unit. It seemed that the call center is a national operation. We are a California New-car dealer with a department that does nothing but registration and titles. They know what is needed for CA DMV. The problem with communication and wanting certain fields filled out by certain people, was causing the issue. At the very end he supplied a picture of a CA title with the areas highlighted with requirements, which had been submitted correctly before. A suggestion is that a picture paints a thousand words. That image would have saved alot of time and frustration as we could "talk along" when looking at what needed to be addressed. Other than that, your service was good.

They lie like I didn't sign my title.. Not good for people when you wanna really clear a problem.. make sure they do they job before leaving.. Don't deserve a star..

Quick response, tow truck driver was available to come out on the same day. After verification of title and looking over car. Gave me a check for the agreed amount.

It was so easy to sell my car this way! The website was easy, the man (Sonny) who called and talked me through it was very helpful, explained every step. After filling out the online questions and receiving the offer, which was very fair, I just took pictures of my car and title and texted them to him. He was available when I called or texted with questions. The pickup of the car was the day after I texted a picture of the signed title. The man with the truck called in advance, arrived on time, and was very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend anyone selling their car to this company.

No one mentioned I couldn’t cash a business check while you had the title and my car. I had to jump through more hoops. The rep with authority to release funds was rude in her response to my request while at the bank. I live an hour away, needing to wait 2 hours for funds to be available. Bad business practice. Won’t use again.

The quick turnaround on offering a fair price, ability to handle title verification, and pick-up of vehicle all in a timely fashion.
Plus the check cleared!

It took more to do the research for a company to sell my grandson car, then the process itself.

I came to Florida from South Dakota to celebrate Thanksgiving and my daughter’s birthday.

My extremely busy grandson bought a new Tesla and his other car was not drivable,accumulating dust, water and occupying a valuable space in front of the garage.
As a practical Nana, I asked Michael’s permission to sell his car.
I did a thoroughly research and I determined that this company,s review was trustworthy.

December 3rd at
7:10ish I filled up the application and confirmed my email address.

7:15 I started the conversation and also texting with Akash for pictures of the car and title of the car.

7:48 my grandson Michael accepted the offer.

December 4th the Carpart company picked up the car and Michael received the check for the amount he agreed on. His bank didn’t have any problem to honor it.

The process was easy, clear and fast communication, fair and pleasant.

Also, thank you to Carpart company for working with my schedule and for their professionalism.

The people I had to talk to on phone had accents, which made it hard to understand. Tow truck dispatcher and driver were very professional.
