Everyone I spoke to was very helpful. They did their best to make the whole situation seamless. I ran into some snags with the title and they helped me through it. They picked up the car from a different state, I mailed them the title, they mailed me a check. Simple as that. Thank you.

Is hard to comunicate. They ask for too many things. I sent pictures of title and they sent a tow truck without a check.

There was an issue with the title transfer, I put Cash for Cars - and evidently that was incorrect. I drove to the bank to get it notarized and then had to go back to the bank a second time.

Completely disorganized. Poor communication on proper paperwork and filling out the title paper to their standards causing more problems and then being told it was my fault. Not sure where these people are working from in each department, but definitely was a headache situation!

Getting a price for my vehicle was the easy part. The rest of the process, including numerous calls to India, was extremely cumbersome. Feedback was poor. It seemed every time I spoke to someone, it was a different person, except for the lead agent.

Once the car was ready to be picked up, the process was improved and the actual pickup was seamless, except for the part where I was told no one had to be at my home when the car was picked up. Wrong. Who was going to turn over the keys and title ?

Would probably be very wary in terms of recommending CoPart to anyone else.

It has taken many weeks to try to sell you my van. Company would not schedule pick up because shop couldn’t be reached to say there were no outstanding charges. Then the shop charged me a “storage fee” because it wasn’t picked up timely. Now company is claiming they never received the title. It was signed and in the glove box as stated. In addition I provided pictures to you beforehand. It’s $426 for crying out loud. Let’s just move on. And be done with it already.

Cash for Cars Employees were extremely helpful. They were very informative, patient, they actively listened to me, and they clearly explained the entire process to me. They helped me through every step of the process. They provided me with a quote after evaluating the condition of my vehicle, which was far more than I had expected. The entire process took less than an hour and it was one of the easiest and stress-free tasks I had completed because of their communication and customer service skills. They instructed me on how to contact and schedule a time and date for the towing company to pick up my vehicle.
The tow company they are contracted with were quick and communicated with me when picking up my vehicle. I provided the towing company my signed title, and they gave me check of the amount Cash for Cars quoted me for. Cash for Cars exceeded my expectations. I will recommend Cash for Cars to my friends, Family, and other people who are in need of this service.

It was very easy from start to finish. I didn’t have to present to have check left with trusted friend and they gave title and keys and that was it.

They gave me a more than fare offer for my car and I didn't even had to get out of my house. They set up a pcik up time and we did the title to payment transaction right at my place

Very good company to do business with.

I was never told to give pick-up driver the lien release. Even the email I received to schedule the pick up said to bring keys and signed, lien-free title. No mention of lien release, which had been texted to company. I was told ALL PAPERWORK would be completed by the company. I was told the driver would contact me an hour before pick-up so I could get to where the car was located; he called FIVE MINUTES before. Then I get an email that says you didn't receive the title or the release, and to remember to file the transfer with MO state (despite the paperwork is to be completed by company and the form to do so was attached to title). I mailed the release. The driver had the title, I guess. Never received confirmation, AS REQUESTED, that you got the title and that the paperwork would be filed with MO state of transfer. Although all people talked to were nice, misinformation and miscommunication were prevalent. I will find a different company if I ever need to sell a junk car again.

I wasn’t familiar with cashforcars.com or the parent company, Copart, so I was very skeptical. I had to turn over my car and title in exchange for a check that I had no way of knowing would clear the bank. After talking with Ashley, who was very helpful and patient with my many questions, I did as much research as I could and decided to go ahead with the transaction.
I’m very glad that I did because everything went just like she said it would. Even, Danny, the tow truck driver was amazing.
And the check cleared very quickly. I have nothing but praise for the way my dealings with them went.

It was an easy transaction after getting it towed to the locations, signing the title over and getting the check. Would do it again without hesitation.

Late picking up my car. No call when they came so I had to drive out to the office in Gastonia to drop off my keys and title and pick up my license plate and check. Absolutely horrible service, do not recommend

it took a while to get my (deceased) wife's name
off the car title, but it finally got done

We were promised $670 and that this would be good until april 4. We were waiting for the title. Then when we called back - before the deadline - you went back on your word and lowered the offer to $650

had to go back to the notary 4 times because they kept finding something wrong. had to take numerous pictures of documents they sent me and documents and title for my vehicle from the notary. after 3 days, and after saying they would call me back and make arrangements i heard nothing. called another dealer, made arrangements and was picked up next day.

At first, I was skeptical of relinquishing my vehicle and handing over the title and keys for a check with no guarantee of funds being legit. I was going to go with a more familiar company to ease my mind, but it wasn't until a copart driver gave me a call to confirm my pickup time and also gave me some additional reassurance and addressed any concerns I may have. He basically let me know he's been doing this for a while and I was able to get my vehicle to the lot early enough for me to not only cash the check, but secure my down payment for another vehicle. While I was overall surprised and grateful the check I received did not bounce, I wish there was better transparency with the overall check cashing process. Being told that you need to wait 24 hours to cash a check in 2025 is diabolical. Furthermore, to also be told multiple processes regarding cashing the check after turning over a vehicle with keys and title is simply unacceptable. Aside from this, the process went smoothly and Aracelli was very helpful and patient with me. I can't speak on the quality of vehicles purchased from this company, but if I had to do business with them again, I would sell my vehicle to Copart now that I had a chance to experience what it's like to sell a vehicle to them.

I found info online. Called the number technician calm and very helpful. Told him condition of my vehicle. Gave him a copy of my title and drivers license. He gave me a guaranteed amount over the phone and told me the pickup would be the next day. Tow driver called me to make arrangements to be there with title. Got my check. Gave keys to driver and saw my vehicle taken away. Thank you for an easy and convenient experience with your service. I would definitely share your service with my friends and family.

Coordinating the sale of the vehicle was pretty easy.
I was giving a check on the spot after the driver verified the title.
Having the car picked up was another story. I received a call one day and was told they were 20 minutes away. I was not able to get home for 3 hours. Called dispatch, asked for someone to come the next day. Was advised they only give 1 hour windows. Scheduled a pickup for a certain day that I would be home. No one showed up or called. The next day they showed up without calling. Luckily, I was at home. If he had come 30 minutes later, I would not have been there.
