This is hands down the most unprofessionally run operation I have ever dealt with. At first, everything seemed quick and efficient, but that was just a mirage. Their entire customer support is outsourced to people who have absolutely no clue what they’re doing. Every rep asks for different forms, none of them make sense, and there is zero logic in their process.

I have a car, a title, and we agreed on a price—it should be simple, right? Wrong. After 25 painful phone calls, we are still not done because these people are completely incompetent. I don’t want to use profanity, but this is beyond frustrating and borderline insanity.

No one should have to deal with this level of incompetence. Stay away from these people at all costs. This isn’t a joke; this is straight-up embarrassment. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Called with ETA and showed up promptly, confirmed online information and wrote the check swapped title and keys and then towed it away.

I am happy that Cars for Cash gave me a few hundred dollars more than my local salvage, but the process could have been a bit easier. Although there was a lot of follow-up from Cars for Cash, there was some miscommunication on how the title needed to be signed over, which cost us more money at the DMV. I would recommend Cars for Cash sending a document with a step-by-step procedure telling cusotmers how the process will go. The person/s helping me were courteous and very nice, but the miscommunication on signing the title over cost me more money than I was hoping.

The process was SO easy. We had a vehicle that was totaled after an accident and we got more for our car from Cash For Cars than from any local salvage yard. The pickup process couldn't have been easier. A tow truck showed up, handed me a check, I handed them the title and they took the car. Done!

My experience was great! Very easy process with no hassles. They gave the best quote for my SUV! All I had to was hand over the keys and title, the young man that picked up my SUV was very pleasant. I would rate 10/10 and definitely would recommend to friends and family.

I was offered a check in exchange for the car and title. The check was to be mailed immediately upon pickup. The check never arrived. When I questioned and demanded it be addressed, I was given excuses that the title had been lost. Two months later, no one will provide assistance or answers.

They literally took my car and my title without leaving my check. As am typing this am yet to receive that check. Overall it’s a very bad experience.

Nice and easy. Even helped with lost title. Picked up on schedule time. Only down side it took a week for check to clear. Would absolutely use again if needed

Easy to do i called, got a price, they answered my questions, scheduled an appointment for pick up, which i had to change and was able to do quickly and easy. The driver messaged me when he was at the pick up location which was right on time i signed over the title and received a check for the amount quoted. Perfect and everyone i dealt with was super nice.

Cash for cars was pretty easy to set an appointment and they showed up and had a check ready when I hand over the keys and title and let me sign off on their mobile device. Offer was a little lower than another company (hence 4 stars) but the other company never picked up the vehicle even after 3 appointments. This company works with Copart and is legit.

Ash was helpful. Parts of the payment process was unclear and incorrect. First, I expected to get paid in cash in light of the company name. Ash informed me payment would be made with a company check that I could cash at Walmart. But Walmart declined because the check I was given was handwritten, not printed as required by Walmart. I had to deposit the check in my bank which cleared a day later. That’s not a reasonable, fair or acceptable process being I had signed the title over to C4C/Copart and turned over physical control before the check clear. A cashier’s (bank) check is a fairer approach. Until that process is improved, I will be wary to recommend CashForCars/Copart.

Easy as it could be. A couple phone calls, Title, check and done.

Called them & my car was picked up the next day. As long as title is clear and no leins smooth transaction.

I was very happy with how quick and easy it was for me to sell my still running, high-mileage (365000 miles) Honda. The hardest part was trying to remember where I put the title! After getting an offer from the website, I was contacted promptly and walked through the steps that would occur. After a phone conversation on a Friday afternoon where we exchanged some info, I had a truck at my house Monday morning to pick up my car. I handed over the title, got my check, and car gone. Much easier than having tire-kickers come to your house and haggling over a vehicle you just want gone.

My experience with Cash for Cars was great. Everything was easy and as promised over the phone. I got a quote for my vehicle that was fair and I agreed to it. They requested a picture of my title to schedule the pickup. I was leery about this but was assured by my state Attorney General's office that this was reasonable for buying a car this way so I sent the pictures. I had a quote from another company that was less and they had told me that it was guaranteed and companies will promise a higher number over the phone and give less when getting the vehicle. This was not the case with Cash for Cars. The price was what was agreed to and the pickup driver made the check on the spot and I gave him the title and keys and he loaded the vehicle. One of the best experiences I have had with a company.

The process was straight forward and timely. From first phone call to pick up was only a week. It would have been sooner had I gotten the title notarized sooner.

The process was really simple. After inputting the info for my car. They made an offer. Was way better than a dealer trade-in value. After sending a few pictures and doing the title work, they made arrangements for pickup. The driver was very friendly and helpful.

They provided the best value for my car that had a defective transmission with only 90k miles. It was fast and efficient. Loved that they came to the dealership to pick-up the car where they presented the check and I presented the title.

The process was relatively simple and straightforward. I started to fill out the information on my phone and before I could finish I got a call. I was at another dealership so I brought the keys and title to the office and they picked up the car the following day. A check was FedEx to me the next day.

I had a good experience selling my car to cash for cars. I'm the type of person that does her research and this case was not different. When I decided my car needed to be sold I got quotes from all places I possibly could and I can say that cash for cars gave me the most amount of money for my vehicle. Costumer service was helpful and had no issue answering all my questions and explaining the process to me. If there is anything I would like to give constructive criticism on is the towing/pick up part of the sale. They could not give me an exact day or time range for when the car would be picked up. I needed to be able to plan in advance due to work and I was told perhaps tomorrow and then that day would pass and car was not picked up. The most they would plan to give me in advance is an hour before pick up day and time which is not enough notice for me to leave work. At the end, I was given the option of giving them permission to pick up the car whenever and I would have to meet them in the office after to exchange the title for my check. Overall, I think it was a good experience and I would sell to them again and reccomend others to check them out if they are selling a car.
