First they originally offered me almost half of what I finally settled on, after 3 more offers and me explaining i knew a general amount of what I had was worth. Then charged me $25 to ship my check that I can't get cashed anywhere in Bloomington Indiana. Paypal wouldn't even let me deposit it. I sold old coins to them about a month ago and they didn't charge me anything to deposit my money straight to my PayPal account. But I assume because they paid more than what they really hoped for they weren't as hospitable.

Fast, easy transactions both times. If you don't like the offer call in before declining. They may reevaluate and give you a better offer. That was my experience the first time. The second time I just accepted the offer because it seemed reasonable.

The company was always very prompt in responding to my texts and emails. We had a bit of delay with the post office (more than 10 business days) and the check was voided and resent via FedEx overnight. I should have gotten a local estimate to compare to the CashforDentalGold so I would have known the approximate going rate but CashforGold made it very easy with their free estimate and mail in option.

Great service, honest company
I sent in several items for evaluation and received a quote for some items which contained gold. I accepted the offer for those items and received approximately 75% of their gold value, which I felt was fair and was satisfied with.
However, one issue arose with a watch that was mistakenly processed before I had the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to keep, repair, or sell it. The company acknowledged the error, apologized, and worked with me to reach a mutually agreeable resolution.
I appreciate the company’s honesty, as well as the fact that they ultimately took responsibility for the miscommunication and made a good-faith effort to resolve the matter fairly.
I also want to recognize Carl for the way he handled the situation. He communicated professionally, acknowledged the mistakes that were made, took responsibility for the miscommunication, and worked with me in good faith to reach a fair resolution. I appreciate his willingness to listen to my concerns and his efforts to make things right.
