Don’t get low-balled!!
Gave a gold quote for 10grams of 14k gold that was fair market value on the website “calculator”. However once items were received, actual quote was less than half of the price. Refused the $309 that was offered…they came back with an “updated” appraisal of $521. I refused again, got my items back and sold them with another online competitor for the market value of $621 no hassels, first offer, same as what was “calculated” Don’t waste your time being low-balled with these guys!

My check was lost in the mail. Typical right. The mail never looses a bill, anyway I waited over a week and today I called and spoke to Drew. He was so helpful in canceling the other check and over night another to me. Carl has been the awesome manager. They do their best to give superior customer service. appraisal could have more information. perhaps measured amount of items, analysis of items and breakdown of offer.
the offer seems low, my estimate was 3x more and was based upon market price of gold, offer to be ~70% of value for gold content (estimated about 5g of actual gold content).
overall satisfied and will believe that cashforgold provides better value than pawn shop or run of the mill broker.

The whole process was faster than could of imagined
The whole process was faster than I could have imagine. It took just a little over 24 hours from start to getting the money into my account ! The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the offer . It was a little lower than I expected coming from this company . I did accept there offer in the end only because I was in need of the funds asap and the quickness and efficient of Cash for Gold was good business in my opinion !
