Don't buy refurbished from cashify. I spent 75k for 256gb 14 pro max.
It stopped working in 2 months. Now they making some stupid story about phone already repaired and not giving me warranty. They also blame me for reporting the issue "LATE" it's absolutely ridiculous. They don't accept phone was already damaged.
If I write something on LinkedIn then they will file defamation case on me.

Let me share my honest opinion.
Today 2nd January, I sold two phones on Cashify, Realme C11 and Realme C12.
Estimated price for C12 was ~3300, as it had charger and box. We got 2500, due to a small gap in the rim.
Estimated price for C11 was ~2700, as it had no charger and box. We got 2151, due to a small scratch in the rim and camera.
They will always find faults, 95% times and reduce price minimum ~600. But I also sold a phone Realme C20 on yaantra, compared to cashify it gave ~800 less price. So cashify seems the best bet generally..
If you see their website C12 sells for 5100 and C11 sells for 4500 online refurbished.. so your choice..

Ridiculous service
This company quote something initially then their pickup person keep finding points to reduce as much as possible and try to get phones for free. Never on time as scheduled & also behavior is unacceptable. Don't sell your phone here better exchange when you buy a new to avoid hassles.

Worst pricing ever they offer you half price of what evaluation shows while placing order for sale.
I placed order for my phone sell it shows 20k+
Agent came and evaluated the phone and said half price 11k
When I said that the phone condition is excellent why half price than he offered me 15k
When I said I want same price which cashify showed me while placing order for sale.
Then he offered 16k.
I asked him to cancel the order
After he left I check the cancellation status in app it showed all misinformation about my phone that it has dent and screen is fully scratched and many more things
It's better to sell phone in market than cashify
They scam the customer.

I bought a phone from Cashify on December 6. I chose a 6-month no-cost EMI plan. As of December 19, your company still hasn't converted it into an EMI. Once again, I reached out to customer service, and they told me to contact my bank. When I approached my bank, they asked me for documentation showing that the platform had requested the transaction to be converted into an EMI. When I asked your customer service team for this, they told me to go directly to the bank and convert the transaction myself.

In my entire life, I have never had such a bad customer experience. Stop looting people and teach your staff some manners.

Casyfy is cheeting and fraud app,don’t buy and sell mobiles,I try to sell 14pro calculated 48380.but they are came my house and checked my device is 100%good condition and looking like new,but they are asking 38000.I experienced I loss of my time. Don’t sell any device

Cashify is a big Cheater company. When I assessed my phone through the their app they quoted me 7040. Eventually, when the guy came to collect my phone and was quoti g 4500 quoting so many reasons.

Very Bad experience from Cashify... They offerings warranty.. but not given it.. almost a Waste management Company... I think 4/5 Rating not from their customers. Its fake.... 5 star is Fake rating. Don't buy..

The worst online app for refurbished products.I ordered a laptop through this platform but don't get it on time and after calling cashify everytime they asking to wait for 24-48 hrs. They don't have their own delivery partners so that they use courier services which creates problem for buyers.Before delivery of the product I faced a lots of concerns so what's about services.Be careful while buying something through these kinds of platform because they don't even ready for refund.Never go for cashify.

Its Totally Fake or Fraud approach, My Mobile Sell price 8k after Revaluation 4k your engineer, Engineer’s Unfortunately lack of knowledge or lie attitude, I have observed a lack of adequate technical knowledge and an unprofessional attitude in their approach to tasks.. While challenges are understandable, a proactive and collaborative attitude is essential for resolving issues effectively.

They are frauds....they give false indication, have untrained rude and useless staff...all misleading figures given and when complain was raised they don't even bother to respond. They just tell thank u and keep the call...Pickup executive says complain...nothing will happen...so please avoid cashify

better sell your gadgets on olx. they give very small amount compared to the value of gadget at that time.

Such a scam company!! I bought iphone 12 from them which was okay with noticeable dents and scratches.. everything was original, one fine day after one month my iphone 12 come up with an issue which was stucked on logo for days couldn’t use it so i did all necessary procedure as ask by them to claim their fake warranty, to which i received it back after 1 month , the issue was solved but they replaced original screen with duplicate low quality screen which had grains all over the screen and right most part of the screen is not working at all, i can’t type p,l etc. wasted 27k on this stupid company. They are fraud thinking customer’s doesn’t have idea and knowledge. Don’t recommend this company at all.

This company has been the same and no improvement. I wanted to sell my mobile. They quoted a good price and my mobile was just 2yrs and in very good condition with box charger and adapter.. When they came just went thru the phone and said exactly half the quoted rate stating all wrong reasons so that they don't have to shell out the original amt. I kicked them out of the house. When the call came from cashify, as to why I don't want to sell the mobile...he tells to take pics and send it to their technical dept. What happens if their tech dept repeats the same made up errors...then I'll receive the same reduced amt. Cashify thinks they are very smart and can can fool customers. We are not idiots. Wake up an stop thinking customers are fools. We show the product to different people before coming to you. Now I have realized you quote more to give less. That's your motive. Thank god I didn't sell it to you. I got a far good price selling it. Do not approach cashify. They cashify themselves.
