Do not deal with cashify, I had a very bad experience with their service while selling my device.

I tried to sell my phone, no response for 5 days, when the guy came to pick up he was a retailer offered me 3000 rs less then app.

I had entered an incorrect number (just one digit error) for my laptop by mistakely. I requested many times to cashify to change it and pick my old laptop. From two months I tried with cashify patiently and they refused to change the number and cost me 9000 loss. This is an exchange offer with hp and cashify. I bought a new laptop from HP and HP has a tie up with cashify. Never trusting cashify again.

It seems Cashify is a BIG SCAM, requesting people not get fooled by buying phones from them…i was fooled so please do not waste your money please

Absolute crap people trying to scam us thinking we dont know anything wont let us speak to the one who's apparently saying on phone and can tell that its faulty(literally used the ps4 for atleast 6 hours straight).

Fruad Fruad Fruad. Avoid them as much as you can.

Overcharging me for Iphone 14 bought by EMI last year by changing the EMI duration to 20 months from 14 months.

Cashify is honestly the worst place to sell your phone. You’re much better off checking with local stores instead. I tried selling my iPhone 12 Pro Max there yes, it had a duplicate display and battery but everything else was fine and they quoted me just ₹2,500, which is ridiculous. A local seller, on the other hand, offered me ₹17,000. Huge difference!

My 5 year old Vivo phone had screen crack and some minor issues, so I thought no one will take it. But Cashify gave me decent price and travel me well, not like other second - hand dealers who just say 'yeh nahi chalega ' . Very happy with the whole experience. The app interface can be service is top- notch.

At first I was scared that they may give some excuse like 'scratch hai', ' price will reduce ', but honestly, they inspected and give full amount on the spot. No haggling, no headache. Staff was polite and explained everything before payment. Cashify totally surprised me with their professionalism.

Frankly, I thought it will take full day or something, but the guy from Cashify came home in just 1 hour after I booked the pickup, Even though I was bit doubtful about how much value they will give for my old OnePlus, they gave better price than showroom exchange offer. Small bargaining happened but overall smooth and tension-feee. Highly recommend!

It's been a week and I haven't received payment, they pay way lesser than shown on website, there is a heavy hidden fee. They have kept an option of amazon pay gift card, but don't pay when you choose that mode. Their pickup guy comes (after charging 100 rs fee) and reduces the amount shown to half.

I request that TrustPilot have 0 Ratings or -1 Ratings. CASHIFY IS a pure SCAM company. Please don't buy or sell anything from them, they will ask you to download the application, submit the documents, and then to see the price, they will ask you for money, it was no where mentioned that to see the price, money needs to be paid, i wonder how iTunes/App Store accepted their APP.

No support at all ..they cancelled my order and decreased the price. Agent who came to pickup made up on his own that there were scratches and now ticket is still open

Nothing but fraudsters . We bought 2 iphone pro max 13 1 yr back now display of both not working white screen issue on both . went to repair in apple store only to realize they are already repaired displays with hack of jumper shorting of wire . So they just repair with hacks and sell such mobiles at higher price .

My iPhone was in very good condition but its not supporting the latest ios because of which tried to sell it through Cashify. I provided all the details as per their requirement and it came up with some price.
During the pick-up, the executive couldn't find any significant issue. To reduce the price he started doing nasty things. He removed the sim slot and blew the air and saying mobile is not water proof anymore. He tried to reduce the price by 50% and started bargaining with me. He finally offered a price which is 15% less than the initial price and I denied. Later his manager called me and tried to negotiate again.

IT SEEMS LIKE YOU BUY A NEW MOBILE AND RE-SALE IN CASHIFY TO GET THE PRICE THEY MENTIONED INITIALLY. THEN ONLY THEIR EXECUTIVE WILL BE HAPPY.

I think its better to go with upgrade option with the brand and other better upgrade option.

Scammy tactics, not professional at all.
Cashify showed me a decent resell value on their app, which I accepted. But when their so-called "Pickup Ninja" arrived, he suddenly claimed there was a major scratch on my phone — which simply doesn’t exist. Just an excuse to lowball the offer. When I refused and asked for my phone back, the value was magically increased. Feels more like a street haggle than a professional service. This isn’t a transparent process — it’s a bait-and-switch scam. Avoid Cashify if you value your time and sanity.

Worst experience
Received faulty device . Not replacing too ..

I had to sell a gadget. Their person came and without my permission, he just put a lock PIN on my laptop when I refuse to sell. Calling him multiple times, but he never took my call and did not respond to my messages. Even I have CCTV recordings from the time he entered till the time he left with all the conversations with him. When spoke to the company, they replied that the password was already installed and he guessed it. I mean, seriously? You can guess my password? In that case he should be a millionaire because he can guess anybody’s password like that. They are fraudsters. I do not trust them at all. I advise to sell your gadgets somewhere else. The value they show us is just fake when the person comes to visit. He never gives that value. It’s just robbing us.
If they have such employees, nobody will be able to trust them at all. In my full CCTV recordings, he never asked for my password. I never gave him my password. Why would I give my password to just anybody. Do not trust them at all? They don’t even show their ID proof when they come.
