Gooddeals/games..SLOW redemptions
I wouldn't say my experience has been great, but they have good deals daily & great game selection. Still waiting on a redemption that I submitted over a week ago and the redemption speed is my only complaint...well that and whenever I reach out to customer service about the status of my redemption I get the same word for word vague response as I did last week. Very much need an actual human to remedy this ASAP. Not a happy camper. My rating would be 5star if redemptions were faster and you could actually speak with a real human. I play on 35+ platforms daily and this is the longest I have had to wait for a minimum redemption request. 80% of platforms are 24 hrs or less if not instant. Tough to convince yourself to put $ into a platform when you wait this long.
