BE CAREFUL. I have a redemption from 4/17 that was canceled for no reason and then additional documents were requested. This is. It a first redemption, or a new bank or card. This site has become my favorite site to play at. It was too 3 for a while but their customer service is what put them at the top of my list. Their game selection is great! It’s gambling so you win some and you lose some but I do well here. They have a great daily log in bonus. They have decent coin packages(extra coin or bonus perks). Their redemptions aren’t immediate but usually within 24 hours for me. The max redemption per day is my only issue but that does go up after time. I’ve never had an issue with lagging,glitching or not being able to play certain games which happens on a few other good sites. CUSTOMER/VIP SERVICE….This is where they take the cake🙌🏽 Not always but 95% of the time,I can speak with a rep immediately. They say their goal is to address and remedy your issues fast and that is EXACTLY what they do! Unlike most sites,their responses to my issues are not scripted and generic responses. They literally respond and address me like a normal human would. There is nothing worse than to get a scripted response that is of no help. Some weeks are not great, like I said, it’s not all winning. It is very normal to find a nice bonus added (an email is sent as well) to my account. Not many sites do this. It’s not expected and it’s actually very unusual to have a site do this. The fast and helpful customer service, extra bonus’ and fair gameplay are the things that put them above the rest for me. I highly recommend them to my people with no hesitation💯. Also:This review was not asked for. I believe in giving credit and praise when and where it is due. Verification process is the worst ever ,this site would rather see me lose my money than let me cash out .still won't let me cash out when I have given them my personal info far more than any other casino would ask for ,!! I don't recommend if you win you gotta go through complete steps that are so necessary .your id and phone # should be enough they want too much personal info just to cash out. I don't recommend .
