No instructions and very difficult to understand the video moves so quickly that it is impossible to program when working a business would not have purchased if I had of known how difficult it is?

Thank you for providing a review, however, its disappointing receiving a 1 Star Review when i cannot see any communication to us nor an email letting us know you are having an issue.
We provide free support for these so a quick phone call to us would more than likely sort out the issues. There are no manuals in the box, however, there is a manual and quick start guide on our webiste. Failing this and as mentioned, our support team is able to assist over the phone.
Let us know if you require assistance as we have not been given the opportunity to rectify anything. We only received a poor review.

We recently made an online purchase through cash register warehouse and could not be happier with the experience. Their customer service was nothing short of amazing, especially when one of our products ended up on back order. They gave us an instant solution and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted quickly and professionally.
We are extremely satisfied with the overall purchase and the level of care shown to us as customers. We would definitely recommend cash register warehouse to others and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Delivery Driver experience
Our Cash Register was not delivered to reception, nor did the delivery driver bother to call site to find out where reception was, instead he handed the boxed product over the fence to a resident in our Care Community with dementia. This is not a bearing on your company, as your ordering was prompt and professional, this is a reflection on your delivery driver. Thank you

That's terrible for the courier to do this and after we had left specific instructions for them. We cannot believe they would deliver to a resident in the Care Community so we will investigate further into this.
In relation to the review, although this is based on the courier, the bad review reflects on our company as an overall rating score which is really unfortunate on this occasion.
So happy you were happy with the service we provided though :)
