Sharing my experience with CasinoWays…
Sharing my experience with CasinoWays so other players can make an informed decision.
I deposited and played normally on the site and eventually won a significant amount. When I requested a withdrawal, the casino began the verification process and asked for a statement for my virtual card. I explained that the statement would only be available at the end of the month and they confirmed they would wait for it.
During this period I also placed a short break on my account. The break was later lifted early after my account was reviewed and I was able to continue accessing the account with no issues.
However, before the requested statement was due to become available, the casino later informed me that my deposits had been flagged as “high risk” by the payment provider. All winnings were voided, my deposits were refunded and my account was permanently closed.
For clarity, the sequence of events was: deposits accepted → verification started → break placed and later lifted after account review → balance increased → winnings later voided citing payment risk.
Afterwards I contacted the payment processor involved, who confirmed to me that no high-risk flag or abuse classification had been issued for my transactions. This means the explanation provided by the casino does not match the confirmation I received from the processor.
Because of the conflicting explanations, I have raised complaints with mediation services including Casinomeister and reported the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Authority. This review reflects my personal experience.
As I said i submitted the case to through their Player Arbitration (PAB) process. At the time of writing the casino has not yet responded to their attempts to contact them, and I hope they will engage with the mediation so the matter can be reviewed properly.
