Mr Green’s website is a scam site. The money is not refunded to the account, customer service lies about what they previously said, avoids taking responsibility for their mistakes, and makes empty promises that they do not keep. I closed my account. Fortunately, my losses were limited to only tens of euros, which they refused to refund. I deleted my account.

I have never used this site but suddenly get a notification on Mobile Pay requesting I pay 200 DKK. Send like a scam.

Not a good experience with this company. Signed up through a Facebook advert that stated I'd get 50 free spins for signing up & then I could get an extra 100 spins for depositing & wagering £10.
