I have in my account 290 euros can't witdraw as I need update my adress ...is changed since I registered...third day try to make them update adress...nothing happening...I guess my deposit and winnings are gone ...stay away ....

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Rude and even though they state 48/72 hours it's taken weeks to get a reply on more than 1 occasion. They closed the United Kingdoms site down and stole so many customers money and are giving duplicate email replies asking for the same information after sending it 3 times I've given up on them. Annoying as they are, the auto reply emails are much less frustrating than trying to communicate with an "agent" DO NOT SIGN UP. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I PROMISE YOU WILL ONLY REGRET IT.

I made 2 deposits on April 10 (USD $95) and 1st of May (USD $30) $125 in total, I used this site until my account was limited so I wasn't able to place any more bets, therefore I decided to withdraw my money last May 11

After making multiple requests to their very unhelpful costumer service chat representatives, they made a partial payment of $336, however my original deposit amount of $125 it's still retained without any clear explanation.

At this point, I asked them endlessly when I'll get my money back but they never want to give an answer, all it's up to their "payment/financial team" which doesn't even have a email address.

UPDATE:

After filling my complaint with the MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) I finally got my original deposits back. Of course, this wasn't a coincidence.

Why a business would choose to be exposed this way instead of doing the right thing since the beginning? I can't understand.

Shitty company, it’s been 4 weeks and still no money.
I’ve sent the correct documents, but they keep giving different excuses all the time.
They claim my bank returned the money – NOT TRUE.
They complain about blurry images, ask for a new account – I only have one account.
Suddenly, the chat says everything looks fine – for the third time – and just minutes later I get an email from 888 saying my documents weren’t approved. Hilarious, I haven’t even played on 888!?

I reply to 888 – and the same person who said things looked good at Mr Green is working in 888’s customer support – they say it was a mistake and to ignore it.
888 is a sister company to Mr Green – what a joke, stay away from them.

Now they’ll be reported – going into the 4th week over 3600 SEK.
I’m reporting them to the authorities – they can deal with it.

Withdrawals are slow and the dealer turns 21 17/20 times

I give a 3 star because the length of time for my withdrawal! Kept saying my bank card withdrawal failed and contact bank and after contacting bank the payment was never made both times! Received a bank transfer 3 days later, also if in the uk pragmatic games don’t work (half the games) says not in your jurisdiction

Mr. Green Casino violated my rights as a player and demonstrated shocking negligence. Despite having a self-imposed deposit limit of €500/month, the platform allowed me to deposit nearly €8,000 — a clear breach of Irish law and their own “Responsible Gambling” policy.

I filed a complaint on March 11th, 2025. Over 30 days later, I’ve received nothing but vague emails, empty promises, and zero resolution. No apology. No timeline. Just stall tactics like asking for documents they already have.

This situation has caused me anxiety, sleepless nights, and forced me to hire lawyers and a private investigator. Mr. Green is a repeat offender — they’ve already been fined in the UK and Sweden for similar failures.

If you’re thinking about playing here, don’t. You risk losing your money and your peace of mind. I’ve already taken legal action and will continue to expose this case publicly until justice is done.

If I could I would give 0. Have sent countless id’s and verification and customer-support have said countless times that they would work on the problem and so on but they never reach back. Probably the worst customer support

Customer support actually helped me within minutes - huge plus! Won a little, withdrew, all good.

Mr Green tries to be all fancy, but it’s full of hidden fees and terms that make you wonder if it’s worth it. Chillistakes isn’t as flashy, but it’s way more straightforward, with a simple layout that gets you right into the game without any headaches.

Was never a great site but closed my account after years as soon as the other company took it over as I knew I'd zero chance of winning now.

Slow withdrawals and slow Customer service

I got this money from Mr Green after withdrawing 2,770 after a terrible fight because their website had been renewed and I couldn't get this money with which I withdrew from there. First they said they would compensate for that but unfortunately they didn't compensate for anything and I don't recommend anyone to play with Mr Green at the moment because their website is completely down and they don't give anything.

Signed up, made a deposit and played. Went to cash out but was requested to send in verification documentation. As soon as I submitted all documentation, my account was blocked and so were my funds.

Essentially, Mr Green took my deposits but blocked my account when I went to cash out. I've been trying to reach out to live chat and email but somehow, I can't seem to get through. I'm assuming they blocked my email as well.

At this point I just want the money deposited (A meagre EUR25) rather than my winnings, but there is no way to reach out to them.

What sort of scam is this site running?! Had I known that Mr. Green had gone down the hill in the last few years, I would not have bothered. I will be filing a report with the MGA.

Worst customer service and very cunning system to loose everything. Whenever someone try to withdraw money, they will start showing excuses to persuade people to spend the money until balance is zero.
