Never give up, there are good people around you
As a foreigner, I learn that, if there is any problem, the people doesn't want to help you. So when I learned that, there is an issue using the website I did not thing somebody would bother the help and figure out the issue, but Heleen did help me and tried to solve my issue as soon as possible.

Avoid this one, there are many good alternatives
Of all the Dutch casino’s, this one is the creepiest one with the worst working website and the worst customer service. It starts with creating an account, which is an absolute pain. Then their offer and bonuses are minimal compared to other casino’s and their free spin wheel is fake (it gives 7 spins 98% of the time and 17 spins 2% of the time, other numbers are lies). They closed my account and kept my money for 2.5 weeks without any explanation. Best to avoid this one and choose another casino, not being Holland Casino.
