Wide choice of games, nice bonuses, free spins makes this casino in general very good.
Costumer support should have more knowledge and maybe be more friendly and try to explain properly to costumers.

SLOW PAYMENT!!! BEWARE!
* The casino automation is not fluent. Many times the screen freezes and an F5 refresh is required. Pretty sure that it has to do with the site and that it is not something at my end, as other sites work perfectly on my computer.
* The offer of games is rather limited even though they have many providers.
* The look and feel is dated.
* But most annoying is the SLOW PAYMENT process! PEOPLE BEWARE!!!
I hate casinos that pretend that 'it is the bank's fault', when we all know that inter-banking payments within European banks are almost instant nowadays. Especially in the Netherlands with its ultra-high banking automation, payments from and to European banks take on average between 1-3 seconds.
I requested a payment on Thursday, and I just heard on Monday via the 777 customer service agent that it can take up to Wednesday! for the payment to actually arrive in my bank account...
In the T&Cs 777 casino states/suggests that the processing of the payment is done the next work day, but apparently after the approval it takes another 3 work days "for the bank to process the payment", which is of course a load of BS.
All other casino's that legally operate in NL have a same day or next (work) day payment policy. That means actually having the funds in your bank account...
To me, gambling is a matter of trust more than anything else. 777 casino feels dodgy. Like a Malta based casino. For a casino that received the Dutch casino license I do not think they meet the associated quality standards. Especially when they do not meet common payment standards to players/customers.
