I was a regular customer playing a few times a week until they stole my deposit money. I deposited $12 in Litecoin and they said because it was under $10 I don't get it! First of all I deposited $12 so it wouldn't be under 10. Actually the 1st customer agent told me the address i used wasn't even associated with Brango. There is no such thing as speedy and smooth. You go to make a withdrawl, well you have to play through any comp money before you can cash your money out. If you do that, you have a $50 minimum. And that's the maximum you can pull out. READ THE DETAILS! OK so can't withdrawl the money. You now have to submit a photo ID with current address on it. After a few days, if its approved, you then have to make a minium $10 deposit to establish verification of your account or something like that. Then if you get that far, you have to leave a minimum of $1 in your casino account or they will refuse the transaction. The smooth, efficient process took me almost a week. Customer service was good. They helped me, but the process if what is making me go someplace else.
