Maybe I expect to much, but I don't think that's it. I knew I would have to verify my account in order to withdraw my winnings. And when a company touts the speed that they process redemptions, why did it take over a week to verify my account just so I could withdraw my winnings. Then, again, what is with these companies, they are not proactive at all, I don't think they understand the word, because why can't they tell you that you won't be able to process a redemption right away and tell them why?
That is so much nicer and easier of a pill to swallow if you knew this was coming, yet again, they don't and with that kind of narrow minded thinking when it comes to customer 'service', I for one wonder what am I doing here, these people think so little of their customers they have a 'take a number' attitude I honestly question why I go their. What a way to run a business.

Once you know the rules its pretty straightforward. I Deposited $40 with a bonus of %100. Wanted to cash out at $450 So they could take my $40 Bonus away and still have about $400. Went thru all the id verifications which went pretty smooth and quick...like 10 min. But it took a while longer to verify my crypto address because the link didnt go anywhere. Took 3 days to get verified the first time I tried to withdraw I ended up just playing through what I was trying to withdraw the second time took about a day and a half to get verified again I had to send in videos and all kinds of stuff but I was finally able to withdraw I'm glad to went to support before I just started my withdrawal or I could have waited a lot longer or even could have lost my withdrawal as they don't support Base network so if ur like me and use coinbase only do the BTC withdraw and u will have it with in about 25mins long story short they pay

Horrible! Stay away from Extreme Casino. After I won, they stated my winnings were voided because I played progressive games, live dealer, or 777 games. I didn't play neither of those games, it does not allow you to play them in my area. I demanded my refund back, and can’t get that back because it is under $50.
