Ignoring responsible gambling policies. Scum.

I joined here a month ago… I stupidly played over the weekend and lost over £400.
Now they won’t close my account.

I requested closure 2 weeks ago which they did within a day. I requested the account be reopened a few days later, again they obliged but now I’ve lost money they won’t close it.

Clearly they don’t give a damn about responsible gambling and are hoping while it remains open I’ll keep depositing.

These people are scum.

When joining a casino always check that you can put limits and exclude within your account, if they don’t have this option ask yourself why.
This casino doesn’t have these options.

I made a mistake don’t you.
