Loyalty account suspended for 6 months now. I am tired of the scripted responses I keep getting. Beyond frustrating. I want to talk to a real person but they won't get me to someone. Very disappointed in this program.

Well...been playing couple years and I am at a loss ,always will be...
Mermajesty And the games like it are really bad 99%time.but really I'd like to point out that all is not what it seems.just remember that.
The help centre.SHOCKING....useless,non caring,repeating over and over its luck. Luck is man made in this situation.i believe that the rewards come based on deposits entered.
It is not in your favour.Quite often when I made a complaint within 24 hours I would get a bonus cash of about 20-80$ then suddenly machines are going.i don't bet particularly large so I'm going for a bit on smallsies like $1 or $2 if feeling lucky.never get to withdraw much and then when I stick my own money in everything no matter where I go and can move around 15 diff games it drains it.theyre all just not honest people. I think I have quit many times over the time as I cannot believe the vulture behaviour.
I play at casino classic tried their others .all as bad as each other.very sad.i have never had any problems withdrawing or anything related.

I can't agree with the other reviews. I've never played an online casino until now. From my experience, I can only say one thing: the customer service and the entire team are very professional, loyal and always ready to help with quick answers. Withdrawals work as they should, sometimes it takes a while because they have strict rules, which is understandable. As for VIP points, I've never had a problem. Casino Rewards has rules like everyone else and if everyone reads and follows them, there won't be any problems with accounts and VIP points. So for me, Casino Rewards just keep going.

I got temporarily suspended for no…

I got temporarily suspended for no reason, still gets promotions in my mail but yet I cant use my vip points I've won and been given in the mail promotions. Its been years since I've been temporarily suspended. Temporarily means for a short period, not 2 dam years. Tells me to keep depositing money and it'll resolve in about a week. That was Oct 1st 2024.. so i call Bull$hi£. I have over 70$ in vip points there. Its not fair. Scam artists.

They are an absolute joke

They are an absolute joke, they "temporarily suspended" my access to redeem my own earned and accumulated loyalty points because I opted in to too many of the promotional offers they gave me.

This so called temporary suspension has been going on for months now and no one seems to be able to do anything to correct it, everyone from their support team just encourages me to keep making deposits in the hopes that if I invest even more money into their platform then I will earn the right back to redeem my own points in exchange for gaming credits.

Not trusted anymore

Not trusted at all.
They ghosted / banned loyal members.
And making all exuses that they busy but in the mean time they are very active for others .
The company knows. They not needed my costum number cause they know. The authority's must know about their acting.

I received an email stating that I had to respond or my review would be taken offline. Why? Because?
Monday April 14 2025, I received another email from their banking department stating that my card would expire. I could submit the new one... How? There are no banking options whatsoever. My favourite games have also been deleted, the chatbots don't respond and abruptly close the chat, and other such strange things. You do get the option to claim promotions, etc., but you can't do anything with them.
It would be to their credit if they were honest. But they serve the buttons,

Once again, I had to make adjustments to Trustpilot or through...

My experience with Casino Rewards was confusing and opaque — it felt like playing in a 'black box'.
The terms and conditions were not clear or legible to me, and possibly also to many other players who report problems with:
VIP points that have disappeared/been taken away
Money that is delayed or not paid out
Accounts being blocked.
Information about the group and their licence can be found on the internet via their licensing authority (such as the Kahnawake Gaming Commission).
I advise new players to be very cautious and check everything carefully before signing up.

VIP points suspended for redemption…

I have had to deal with my VIP points being suspended for redemption many times. Even though I continually deposit and have not made any withdrawal over the past three months and wagered over $6000 deposited over $500 so I’m a little confused why the suspension has been put in place.

Biggest scam I've ever seen

I've been playing at this casino for over 3 years now. With next to no returns. This $100000000 give away is the biggest scam I've ever seen. In order to receive 1 gold ticket you need to spend $50 to get it. I had 34 gold tickets and on draw day. Didn't win anything at all not even a $1. It made me sick to my stomach. So DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THESE SITES. Unless you want to be legally robbed by them. I am absolutely sick of this site.

suspension of rewards points

I am thoroughly disgusted with this casino. For several months now my rewards points have been "temporarily suspended". I have over $200 in rewards but have been unable to access them. I have not been able to get an answer as to why they have been suspended. They want you to keep playing and take your money but when it comes to giving back it is a different story! This is a ripoff.

if i could give this casino 0 stars i would now they implement a paywall essentially blocking you from using your points until you prove your commitment too play by spending more money, people on fixed income that can only play once or twice a month with a 20$ max deposits stay away from this casino as you will never be able too use your points, plus they look for any reason they can to without your winnings for as long as they can, at least with other casinos you get your money near instantly and are not locked behind bs paywalls, great way too kill your own casino and the overall experience. already closed my account when support made it very apparent you have to pay more to use the points you already earned.

Explanations don't wash

I gather there is a hint of review retaliation. I went to click on rewards riches yesterday and altho I have still been depositing I have been blanked on getting free bits n pieces. Apparently I have to make more deposits to start receiving again. Also I deposited $60 2 or 3 days ago and I had the worst game play ever. I've had to retract part of this review as it was deemed as defamatory. With what I wrote I didn't specifically say it was happening I said it looks like. Another reviewer has stated similar. Anyway I'm not going back to this casino chain. They have told me that if I have any concerns to contact their help desk which I have done repeatedly. They give you the same explanation for the continued extremely bad game play even when I've explained that every game I played behaved exactly the same.and on a couple of occasions I played many games 1 after the other with exactly the same resulting pattern. I was told that it is just pure luck. I must be the unluckiest player at their casinos then I suppose..
