Login loop on small phone screen: the cashout button from my account page sat behind the phone keyboard. KYC status sent the casino question nowhere useful when the cashout was involved.

What annoyed me was that support told me to check the page I had screenshotted.

a proper checklist would have saved the back-and-forth.

The whole thing felt more confusing than it needed to be.
