This casino is one big RED flag and likely a scam
-first of all they dont even bother to verify you your funds/age nothing
-they dont have any social media pages
-withdrawals are limited to 500€ every 24hours and take 3 bussines days to be accepted. Also you cant have more than 3 active withdrawals..(which is so stupid considering some games have up to 200€ per spin so if you win 10k you will wait month to recieve it 🤡)
-They most likely buying bots to write good reviews cuz these 5* ratings are not real
So if you have similar bad experience just review it too cuz trustpilot is only thing where they can be found
-I have been contacted by some shady VIP manager whos been calling me about bonuses from private number
So overall i would not recomend just because its not serious casino..
Just take your money some where else where you have chance of getting your winnigs

It looks like a scam. I received a bonus, placed bets according to the rules, and yet they were not added to the bonus turnover. As a result, I could not withdraw the winning funds, because the bonus was not turned over all the time, even though it was already there... I wrote many times in the chat and each time I was transferred to another consultant, I had to wait a long time for the consultant to finally turn off the chat. SCAM!!

Fraud! Casinova doesn’t pay out winnings!
I won €50,000, but Casinova refuses to pay. They didn’t ask for documents or verification – they simply ignore my withdrawal request. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but they don’t reply at all.
This casino is a complete scam. They take your money, but when you win, they just act like you don’t exist. Their license seems to allow them to do whatever they want, and there’s no way to hold them accountable.
Stay away from Casinova! They will happily take your deposits, but you’ll never see a cent if you win.

Good games, but doubts about payments and overly similar reviews
Customer support was available and responded promptly, but my withdrawal request, made on February 28, has not yet been processed (March 6). I hope the situation will be resolved soon. The games are excellent, but the payment processing leaves much to be desired. Additionally, many of the reviews seem questionable, with identical reviews praising the site without providing real details about the experiences. Often, these reviews are unique to the author and don’t reflect a variety of experiences, which raises doubts about the transparency of the reviews published. If my winnings are not paid out, I will take legal action to protect my rights.

Casinova's game show section is pretty…
Casinova's game show section is pretty coll- I ended up trying Sweet Bonanza Candyland, and it was a lot more fun than I through it would be. It kind of felt like a TV game shown, which was a nice change from the regular slots and table games. The live chat support is also decent; they answered my questions pretty quickly. I like how they keep the site interesting with a good mix of new popular games. So far, it's been a good place to hang out and try my luck.
