Terrible experience with Caspar order…
Terrible experience with Caspar order mattress from them all going through then they decided to cancel due to no stock available then told me refund was going through but PayPal told me no funds were available from Caspar had to raise a dispute in the end and PayPal refunded me could not get through to Caspar ignored my emails phone calls etc apparently they no longer sell in uk I wonder why this has took me a lot of time and over 3 weeks of worry and not heard a thing from Caspar thank goodness for PayPal sorting those out never again what a shameful company !!!😡

Only buy from Casper if you have…
Only buy from Casper if you have protection against your order not being fulfilled and refunded. There is absolutely no customer support, so you will need your credit card company or Paypal to fall back on. I have ordered 3 x mattresses which have not been fulfilled or refunded. Be warned! I can however vouch for their pillow and fitted bed sheets, these are of great quality.

So far so good
So far so good. I dont wake up with a bad neck any more and it's so soft and comfortable I have no problem finding a comfortable position. I'm usually a side and back sleeper and have no issues. I do also sometimes lay on my front and it's not too bad. Sometimes it can be a little too high for that but I kind of flatten it out and I'm set.
