Given two stars for initial…

Given two stars for initial communication and delivery, however my teeth did not align as per the smile projection - when I approached them about this I received no response, so essentially wasted money on aligners that didn't align, not impressed

Had Jim to talk me through the process

Had Jim to talk me through the process. I didn’t do my moulds very well so need a 4d scan of teeth to get the correct retainers. Jim was very patient and kind. One of the trays was too small for my mouth which is no one’s fault!

Shakey start but good service!

Bit of a shakey start after I felt almost pressured to buy but received the kit fast (ordered Monday afternoon received Thursday). Went to book on for the call (didn’t know you could do it yourself and send in pics) and was told over a 2 week wait! Said I had 15 mins to purchase the kit for the deal but wanted me to wait 15 days to do the impressions! Called and got through to David who found me a slot 4 days away. Just had the call, Sam was very helpful and talked me through it and got them done first time! Let’s hope the aligners come as fast!

I purchased the dual aligners online…

I purchased the dual aligners online however incurred an issue with booking a videocall and then this being cancelled and unable to get rebooted for another 3 weeks. I was contacted by David Abraham who was pleasant and professional ansld rectified the issue immediately. I was grateful and impressed with the customer service received.

Really good costumer service.

Really good costumer service. Great communication and support with any problems. I can't comment on my teeth yet as I haven't started that journey. But so far I'm very impressed with the company.

Would recommend

My experience was great. i would recommend caspersmile due to them being the most affordable I could find. Alongside this the customer support was helpful and the aligners always arrived before I needed them.

Up until now there has been a few bumps…

Up until now there has been a few bumps with communication and the length of time of the process but a lovely phone call with david just now put my mind at rest and has assured me 3 and a half weeks the aligners will be at my door.

Dubious

Apparently, mould cases don’t fit and advised to pay for a 3D scan, after chasing all week not had any replies to calls or emails.

Jim was super helpful and patient when…

Jim was super helpful and patient when helping me take my impressions. It took a couple of video calls to get mine right as I needed different size trays in the end. But Jim guided me perfectly and I would highly recommend caspersmile based on my experience so far :)

Do not give them your money!

I paid for an Invisalign programme for my bottom teeth with Caspersmile, the impression pack did not give sufficient instructions I then had weeks waiting time to even here back about the impressions and whether they were good enough, once on a call I was then told I need to go to a clinic for impression scans at additional cost to me (I was offered a clinic over 4 hours drive away), upon being told this I said I am no longer wishing to have the treatment plan and would like a refund. Since then I have had to chase for any type of contact, have verbally and documented that I just want a refund and still 5x weeks later I have not had my money back. I have now had to raise a trading standards case through citizens advice as nothing else seems to be working to get my money back.
Please please avoid using this company at all costs as they are awful and I am starting to believe the may even be a scam business.
CasperSmile have still not even acknowledged my request for a refund and instead offered me a clinic for scan closer to my home that they will reimburse the cost of) obviously I have said no as I no longer trust this “business” especially not believing that they will actually reimburse any money!

BE CAREFUL, ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEW ARE REVIEWS BEFORE RECIEVING TREATMENT PLAND AND RETAINERS! WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR VIDEO CALL THEY SEND YOU A LINK AT ASK YOU TO REVIEW THERE AND THEN WHILE YOU ARE STILL ON THE CALL TO THEM. I HAVE RECIED A REALLY AWFUL SILE PROJECTION WITH TEETH STILL CROOKED! I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND AND SHOCKER THEY ARE PULLING OUT ALL THE TRICKS IN THE BOOK TO NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I WILL NOT GIVE UP THOUGH. IF IT NEEDS TO DOWN THE LEFAL ROAD SO BE IT. SCAMMERS!
