Great balloons as usual. Friendly staff.

Ordered special balloons for my son's 40th birthday party, as I couldn't find a suitable supplier local to the venue in Kent.
Chris was very helpful when taking the order, and explained that the balloons could be suitably bagged up for travel in our car. We collected from Sam at their workshop in Watford on the morning of the event. Really pleased with the service, and would recommend.

Easy ordering process , picked up from warehouse , and good advice re transporting balloons home , they looked great for our house birthday party , 2nd time using this company , won’t be the last !

Due to a mix-up we had no office decorations for pride. We also had an exec market visit in approx 5 days and were working from a blank slate. Not to over promise their service, however I called Castle and within a 10-20 minute call we had a fully realised conept. The installations arrived bang on time. They partnered with our office security to install the two pieces and spent time tweaking them to ensure they were perfect. They had RAVE reviews across the office and were even called out by one of our Chief officers. Icing on the cake - they come to collect the installations and recycle them!

Very dedicated team who really care about what they do. Balloons looked great and even better, they are sustainable.
