My son-in-law loves your products. I ordered on 12-28 and paid for express shipping to get before Christmas. Unfortunately not going to come until the 28th. So much for 3 day shipping, I was told I would be reimbursed for the express but it was disappointing. But when he finally gets it I’m sure he will be pleased. I just now have to pay to ship it to him where he lives

My first order as a new customer...I ordered beard oil and balm...and only received the oil.

I’m very upset because I ordered your product and you shipped it to a different state. I emailed you twice and you still have not contact me back. I’ve already ordered another set and still haven’t received it. Somebody needs to contact me because I am very just appointed spending almost $200. It’s not something to play around with.

I purchased this for my husband as a Valentine's Day gift, and it is such an improvement over the last beard oil that I got for him, which was way too fragranced for my taste. This beard oil is still pretty scented, but I trust the source of the scent more since it is essential oils and not just 'fragrance'... you never know what you're getting with that ingredient.
My own feedback would be to even tone down the essential oil fragrance just a smidge, but I am highly sensitive to any scents so this may not be necessary for others. My husband is pleased, so ultimately I am pleased! Thank you!

This stuff is so thin and runny. I like a thicker scrub. I don’t see any difference in my pores yet.

My boyfriend LOVED this beard oil and he's EXTREMELY finicky about how things smell and feel. The scent isn't overbearing like a lot of beard oils I've smelled and it's not greasy which is a plus. I will buy again!!

I ordered this product to support a black business and because my husband has been experiencing a lot of itching in his beard and I was hoping this would moisturize his beard and the itching would stop. We only just received it and have not had a chance to try it yet. The shipping was quick and product smells good. If I am allowed to update my review I will provide feedback once he has had a chance to try it. So far service from this company has been excellent.

It has nice products

This was my first purchase from CastleBeard. The face brush I ordered is a beautiful forest green color and it arrived fairly quickly. I've only used it once since receiving it and I liked it very much. After using it a bit more frequently, I'm hoping I can edit my review.

Amazing product and fragrance. This is my go to beard oil from now on. Players edge basically smells like tobacco vanilla and lasts on your skin for days. It did an amazing job at rejuvenating my beard and hair.
