I have purchased all my vehicles (50+ cars) over the last 30 years from Castle Motors, they operate the best dealership with the excellent presented cars for sale and the aftercare service is second to none and never a problem to help.
I can fully recommend Castle Motors 5 stars.

Came to look at a car and was welcomed by Ollie, great guy, didn’t push to sell me anything and was genuinely very helpful. Had a cup of coffee and a chat whilst he sorted the paperwork and away I went. Highly recommend Ollie and Castle motors

I have just picked up my Obsidian Defender 90 from Dale at Castle Motors and I cannot praise the service he and Castle Motors deliver highly enough. From the test drive to driving my car off of the forecourt the whole process has been smooth and completely stress free. Not only was the purchase of my vehicle a great experience but also the vast amount of fabulous vehicles they have on site were great to look at too. We will definitely be back again. Thank you!

Spotted a lovely Z3 online and reserved over the phone before making the journey down to Cornwall from North Yorkshire.

It was ABSOLUTELY worth the Journey. Ollie made the buying process incredibly straightforward and easy letting us see the car on our own before making the final decision with zero pressure applied. He was incredibly professional whilst the showroom at castle motors is spotless too. He gave me recommendations on how to keep the car looking pristine before our long (but fun) journey home. Thanks for such a great service!!

ASTOUNDINGLY DISSAPOINTING.
We spent over an hour looking at the cars on the forecourt and settled on a couple we'd like to test drive. In that time nobody acknowledged us.
We went inside in the hope there was someone there who could help is. NOBODY ACKNOWLEDGED us. There was a lady on reception who looked really busy, so we didn't want to trouble her. We looked at the beautiful cars for a few minutes. Then we decided if this is how they treat potential customers what happens if you buy a car with a problem?
We left. Very disappointed that we'd wasted the time and fuel to view the cars.

Update:
I emailed them to let them know how disappointed we were. They very quickly replied, narcissistically blaming the problem on me. Similar to how they have replied to this review! I should thank them really, as we went on to another dealer where we were treated very well and selected a beautiful new car. Obviously, they don't like to hear from disappointed potential customers!

Travelled an hour and a quarter on a Sunday to view a car we were interested in. Greeted by Ollie who handed over the keys and let us get on with viewing/driving the vehicle on our own. Everything from the greeting to the cleanliness and quality of the cars and forecourt puts you at ease. After a while Ollie came over to see how we were getting and answered all our questions. We bought the car and Ollie dealt with everything for us regarding re-registration, car tax etc., etc. All we had to do was deal with our insurance (a very different and tortuous experience). Can’t fault the service and soft sell approach of this outfit. As Ollie said, buying a used car should be an enjoyable and pleasant experience. He’s right, and it was with none of the usual anxieties and worries this process normally creates. Can highly recommend Castle Motors.

Visited to collect our Abarth and were very impressed with everything! Fantastic showroom and forecourt, we were looked after by Jon who was great, very professional and friendly , the car was as described and was perfectly presented. Highly recommend

Ollie was straightforward and clear to deal with. A tough negotiator but once agreed process was efficient and timely. New car was beautifully presented and would not hesitate to buy again from Castle Motors.

Just purchased my third car from Castle Motors and I can't praise them highly enough! If I could have give 10 stars I would have!!! A big thank you to Jon who has to put up with me every 6 months! Opppsss.....(What can I say I love cars!). Nothing is too much trouble and they make the whole process smooth from start to finish! It doesn't matter if you are spending a few grand or hundreds of thousands - you will get the same level of service here from all of the team! Great for just popping in to see what stock they have and the coffee is nice too 😉🤣 - I wish you all continued success and will see you in another six months or so 😎

Recently purchased a Porsche from Castle Motors and couldn't ask for better service. Jon has been great throughout the whole process. Highly rate the brand through the sourcing of some brilliant motors.
Would recommend and come back again in the future!

I live 250 miles away from Castle Motors but yet I found the whole purchase so easy and hassle free.
I liked a pre-owned Aston Martin DBX car on the Autocars/ Castle Motors website, and spoke to Dale over the phone. I paid a nominal £100 deposit online, and as promised, Dale removed the car from the online portal straightaway whilst I arranged to travel down for a test-drive. I flew to Newquay the next day, and was collected from the airport by Jon (in a Bentayga, no less !) for the 45 minute drive to Castle Motors. The car was exactly as advertised online, and I purchased it after a test-drive. I drove it the 5 hours back home.
The after-sales service too has been exceptional. The car came up with a suspension warning light the next day needing a recovery to the local Aston Martin dealership for repairs. The entire cost of the repair was borne directly by Castle Motors as part of their 3-month after-purchase warranty.
I would strongly recommend Castle Motors, and look forward to purchasing my next car too from them (they have an amazing collection of cars!)

Castle Motors were fantastic from the moment I first set eyes on my new car. Dean was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to keep the car in storage until I was ready to collect. A small issue with the car once I had purchased was quickly put right. I am over the moon with my car and really can’t speak highly enough of the level of detail that goes into the pre sale preparation. I will definitely use Castle Motors again in the future.

This is the second vehicle I have bought via Jon at Castle Motors and I am once again very pleased with the personalised service prior to and after purchase. My father bought - and traded in- many vehicles over the past 20 years or so here and called it his toy shop. Its nice to know that nothing is too much trouble and there is no pressure to purchase.

I have gotten two cars now through Dale at castle motors. I have always had excellent service and he has always been keen to help me when I was looking for a new car.

Exceptional in every way. Such a great experience. Wouldn't ever buy a car from somewhere else.

Excellent service from start to finish

All the guys at Castle were great, this is the second car we have purchased from them and the whole experience was a pleasure. Any issues we have had have been handled and dealt with promptly, we will continue to stay in the Castle family in the future, the events they hold are great fun and really include their clients.

Great service once again from Castle Motors. The vehicles always look so good when you collect them. 4th time purchasing from them and wouldn't hesitate buying the 5th from there. Thanks Dale, always a pleasure to deal with.
