Horrible customer service, avoid at all cost.ordered a 10ft 3/16 mesh super spreader
I ordered a 10ft. Cast net ($300+) for them to only send the wrong item, when I contacted them he replied saying they'll sort it out after two days on Monday, when Monday comes the representative emails back at 11 am, I asked him what he can do for this inconvenience, replying rudely saying nothing he can do, but just send the right item, he wants me to tape up the wrong item, drop it off at a courier or wait for the courier and just hand it to them without any compensation, when I asked if the right item can be expedited he said no, and that it was delivered quickly the first time, went back and forth and decided to dispute the charge with Amex, because of the representative attaattitude and no compensation. If they have a restocking fee charge why can't they compensate for my inconvenience when it's their mistake.
