I know it's the Christmas period, but this is just insane. Not only are the staff on holidays; the server's are on holidays too!

My server's been offline for 2 months now and I've yet to receive any word or action from support. Also, while really cheap (best value for money), they don't communicate ANYTHING, and take ages (at least a week for the simplest of tasks) to complete.

Server change? Nope.
Downtime? Nope.
DDOS attacks? (Even when their top site is fine)? Nope.

Good uptime, good customer support, and great servers. Never seen loads over 1 on the server in the one month i've been with them. Been a happy customer. Kudos!!

Every time I have an issue with any of my websites, hosting or server Casual Host support has been great. They are my first go to support with everything.

My experience under Casualhost has been excellent. Client support is excellent and I have found nothing to complain about in my time using it. I find no reason to downvote Casual host and thus I rate it 5 stars! Perfection is hard to achieve but I believe it has been achieved here.
