I’ve been with Catalyst for a few weeks now, and one thing that really stood out to me is how much the team actually cares. I had some unexpected family issues come up, and Dylan was extremely understanding and supportive about my situation.

The program itself has been solid so far, but the level of support is what impressed me most. You can tell they actually want their students to succeed and they treat you like a real person, not just another number in a program.

The negative reviews I see here all come from people that, in my 8 months with Catalyst and attending the vast majority of their coaching calls, did not attend those calls. I did not see them ask questions, engage with Dylan and Noah, and eagerly seek change that would bring about results. I can also say that almost every single person here who has something positive to say, has attended their coaching calls often at one point in their engagement.

We all know what would happen if our own personal clients in our respective businesses put in little to no effort... We've all probably seen it first hand....

But none of that matters if I didn't have a great first hand experience with Catalyst.

When we first reached out to Catalyst, we were ready to give up. We had spent a few years trying to find consistency and break through the theoretical glass ceiling. We were stuck in the same spot for about a year. We couldn't improve our sales process, couldn't nurture clients the way we wanted to, and had a tough time growing. We looked around and decided that if things with Catalyst didn't work out, we would hang up our hats.

We took our shot with Catalyst and they made it obvious that nothing would work if we didn't buy into the process and change the way we think. The best part though, was that I could tell that they knew what they were talking about and could see that they practiced what they preach.

We got to work and within 3 months we 15x'd our normal monthly cash collected. Not only that, but we actually had a plan to continue growing. Over the next few months we were able to increase client satisfaction dramatically. Clients were thanking us frequently and had more hope than they had ever had for reaching their goals.

Now, you may be thinking to yourselves "This couldn't possibly work in my special fairy situation", "I wonder if they actually produce", "I don't want to spend to grow my business", and 1,000 other things.

Let me ask you, if clients come to you with that mindset and don't change, do you really think you'd get results for them? No, of course not, and you know that because you've seen that in your own business. It won't be different for you.

But, if you're willing to work your ass off and change the way you've done things and think about things (change the activities and thoughts that have put you in the "not-so-great" position you're in now), change will come.

If you genuinely want success... this is the team, these are the people, and this is the path.

Dylan and Noah are incredible business owners and have help me with my agency growth immensely over the past few years. Dylan personally took my agency from 0-$10k/month and I’ve used tons of their business strategies and lessons to grow my agency to over 60k/mo. Even if they aren’t running your ads or emails. They both understand business at a very high level. They will provide more value than any online business coach or guru. Catalyst is legit.

I joined this program because they promised to help me scale my med spa marketing agency by building strong systems, fixing my offer and connecting me with others in the same niche.

They even said I’d be on track to hit $10K/month by January (it was November and I was at $5k) and that I’d get full support tailored to my situation.

None of that happened.

I made it clear from day one that I didn’t want to focus on outreach until I had a solid foundation built. But they kept pushing outreach anyway and ignored what I actually needed.

I followed all the instructions they gave me after each call but when it came time for them to deliver, like fixing my offer or tailoring a growth plan, they didn’t follow through. Just vague advice and “we’ll get to it” promises that never came. It felt like they were just saying whatever I wanted to hear to keep me going, without actually helping me.

They also said I’d be connected with others in the med spa niche (one of the main reasons I joined) but they never followed through, even though I reminded them multiple times.

When I built an offer with one of their coaches (Dylan) it turned out to be completely off.

They admitted it wasn’t right and promised to fix it but after 2 months and several follow-ups, they never did.

I lost 4 clients during my time in the program and my cash flow dropped significantly.

I was still trying to make it work but after 4 months of getting nothing useful, I finally asked for a refund.

Even after admitting they hadn’t delivered on many of their promises, they refused to give me one and instead tried to convince me to spend more money on email outreach, something I clearly told them I wasn’t looking for right now.

I ended up filing a dispute through my bank and it was accepted. That should say something.

UPDATE:

I just want to clear a few things up so there’s no confusion for anyone reading this.

From the start, I told their team my main goal was to build internal systems before doing outreach. That was the whole reason I joined. But even after repeating that several times, I was constantly pushed toward outreach. A business needs to have a system ready to scale before scaling, or else that's just a business waiting to crash. I always did my part, completed every task and stayed consistent. But when it came to their side, fixing my offer, building backend systems, or tailoring support to my med spa niche, those things were either delayed or ignored completely.

I also gave advance notice about my short trip and their team confirmed it wouldn’t affect anything. I still showed up to every call and stayed on top of my work, just from a different time zone. So using that as a reason for poor results doesn’t hold up.

The truth is, I didn’t receive the tailored, high-level support that was promised. I got templates and general advice, nothing close to what was pitched during the sales process. It felt like the team was spread too thin to deliver what they sold me.

I’m closing the chapter but I hope others read this and really ask the right questions before investing.

Make sure the support you’re promised is actually delivered.

What makes these guys different is they actually run their own thing. They don't just talk theory, they give you stuff they've tested in their own company. You can feel that. It’s like getting agency-level support from someone who’s in it just like you are.

Way more helpful than any course or online “coach” I’ve paid for. Would recommend it to anyone building their own agency and tired of the guru noise.

A lot of people get into mentorships expecting spontaneous results, but I did the opposite.

Back in August 2024, I started working with Dylan, and from day one, I was handed an actual plan, not some vague recycled course. A step-by-step structure with exactly what to do. And unlike most programs, I wasn’t thrown between “advisors” or left on my own. I worked directly with Dylan, the guy I knew and trusted, and he delivered every time.

I’ll be honest, I haven’t made much money yet. Not because the system doesn’t work, but because I didn’t work it the right way. I was bouncing between systems. But I can say this with full certainty: Dylan never gave up on me. Not once did he push blame, guilt, or shame on me. He kept showing up, kept listening, and kept advising (and he cooked every time)

What Dylan gave wasn't really just strategy but more direction, I used to be lost in YouTube rabbit holes, gurus, and a boatload of random advice. But now I stopped second-guessing myself, I stopped switching paths, and I started compounding:

Dylan never sold me a dream, he helped me wake up to the real one

Working with Dylan and his team has been a great experience. They know what they are doing and I highly recommend them. They go out of their way to help and have given me so much valuable information to help my business.

This is one of the only companies online actual provide results, help you improve, and grow all together. I’ve paid for a lot of companies and people, they don’t even come close to comparing to this company and group of people.

I don't like doing these reviews, but this is what I found out the hard way. After I've been through the ringer with about three other service providers who I won't name (19.5k, 13k, and 20k per program over the past 3 years). NONE of them has done to my business what Catalyst has done. These guys have a creative hive mind that has people who attract people who are great at what they do and make them into killers. Some of the people in this program are new, others like myself who have been in the game for 5+ years, and still, we can all learn something new. What I needed to hear and learn is something COMPLETELY different than what someone with an agency that just started might need. Nevertheless, these guys put in good quality work, not just busy work. The value is insane compared to anything they can charge (take it from me and the time + money I've wasted to learn the lessons I needed to in order to find these guys). The people in their roles at this place are the best at what they do, this is also one of the only companies where the OWNERS take out their time every day to connect with their clients... even the local places I go don't do that! Sales, Marketing, Operations, Talent Sourcing, and a sh*t ton more. If you're considering working with them or someone else, you're going to hurt yourself leaving them as a second option (because that's what I did and wasted on another program, spending $19.5k and 4 months).

When I first joined I didn’t think I was going to sign my first client with them but after I joined not only did I get my first, I keep getting them and they are the best partners to work with to scale your online business.

I enrolled in the Catalyst Holdings program with optimism, knowing it came with a hefty price tag of around $25,000. While I did gain some new perspectives and valuable insights from the training content, I ultimately found that the overall experience did not justify the cost.

The Done-For-You (DFY) services were a particular letdown — the output felt low quality and templated, and it was difficult to get meaningful support or attention from the team. The level of fulfillment didn’t reflect the premium nature of the program. For example, the initial email list I got from them was fundamentally incorrect. Most contacts in the email list are irrelevant from my targeted niche at all.

Another major issue was the missing live recordings and inconsistent session delivery. One of the core promises was daily live coaching, but many of these were either skipped or never uploaded — making it hard to stay on track.

Despite learning a few useful strategies, the gap between expectation and reality was too large. After trying to resolve concerns internally, I eventually decided to request a refund and pursued a dispute, which was fortunately successful.

My experience with Catalyst has been nothing less than stellar. From the initial onboarding call to the continuous support, the entire team has been knowledgeable and super responsive. The insights provided during the session to create the offer for my Digital Marketing agency, help me to close a $20K contract within 5 weeks of onboarding. These guys are the real deal.
