The work was started as arranged and completed without issue. Old drains were dug out and replaced. Afterwards it was hard to tell there had been any work done, everything was so neat and tidy. Very communicative guys doing the work. Many thanks. Excellent work

The guys were friendly, and patient in working with me (and Neighbor) to figure the best spot to do a trial pit survey. Afterwards, the site was restored and cleaned to good condition. No complaints

After having a horrendous experience with British Gas and Dyno Rod I decided to go with home insurance who instructed catalyst. The service that I received was absolutely amazing. Kept informed and updated throughout. Engineers were amazing and after 2 days of solid work my leak was finally sorted. Thankyou and would highly recommend

They turned up on the right date, just a shame it was so long after they were originally booked. They carried the work efficiently and courteously, and tidied up afterwards. They had to take heavy machinery across the lawn which was damaged but has now recovered. So it might be advisable for the future to carry duckboards to help protect grass.

Really good communication by phone before our appointment day, and the team were very good on the actual day. They had to dig multiple deep holes to take samples in our back garden which is paved over, and I was genuinely impressed by how well they did it. No damage to our paving and everything put back in its original place. If I hadn't been there, I wouldn't have known where they had dug the holes!

I would use them again and recommend to others.

Great communucation from the onset. I was kept informed at every stage of the process. The contractors were great - personable, respectful, discussing with me the problem and the solution at every stage. A really smooth, professional and customer-focused service from start to finish.

Excellent communication from the office staff. Site guys turned up on time, explained everything they were going to do to locate our leak. Kept us informed as they made progress and showed where the leak was. Left our property as they found it, clean and tidy. Happy to recommend this company and would happily use them again.

There was great communication by e-mail and phone prior to arrival. The two engineers were very professional and identified the location of the leak quickly. They took pictures, sent them to my insurance company and within minutes had the go ahead to fix the leak. Once the new pipe was in place, they refilled the large hole, levelled the dirt and got the bricks back down. I was very impressed with the service. I would definitely use this company again.

I couldn’t praise these guys enough. The 2 engineers that attended were respectful, polite, professional and went above and beyond to have the problem fixed. The customer service was great, they were prompt in coming out to me, kept me informed and up to date.

Catalyst stepped in to take over the organisation of a leak detection and repair in my driveway.
They arranged for two engineers to come and do the work, resulting in completion in one day. The engineers did a very good job and Catalyst as a company were from the very beginning, very efficient, friendly and very helpful all the way through the process.
Highly recommended.

Catalyst came to locate and fix a leaking underground water pipe. All dealt with same day in difficult cramped conditions. Very hard working and polite workmen. Impressed with them and I'm not easily impressed!

I initially contacted Catalyst on 16/09/25 after discovering I was losing vast amounts of water from the underground supply pipe to my premises. ( there was no visible sign of the leak from above ground). I spoke with Naomie who advised me that someone would attend the next day. 8.45am the following morning 2 employees (Chris and Paul) from Catalyst were at my front door. Within about an hour they had removed an area of block paving around my driveway, dug down about 3' and located the source of the leak. Leak was repaired, all ground work made good and block paving replaced. From start to finish no more than about two and a half hours and it was like they had never been. An absolutely outstanding job. I can not recommend them highly enough.

I was very impressed with the conduct and work practices of the two engineers, Woody and John. They found the leak, carried out some digging, rectified the issue and left the site as if no work had been done. They swept up after themselves too.
