This company has completed all relevant checks within less than 5 working days. They have kept me informed of any updates or changes within that time period via email contact. I am happy with their service and cannot fault them at all. I would not hesitate to recommend them as a company.

They rejected my job application because apparently thier was something that came up in my dbs check. I have zero criminal convictions and nothing bad in my history. I asked them what was the reason and they ignored me. I don't know exact date they send me the email, but it was around August. The funny is also they said they didn't accept online copies of my bank statement, so I just printed the online copy and took a picture of it. They accepted that so says everything about them.

The speedy response to questions and general feedback from Daria, my contact point. This included messages at the weekend which I thought was exceptional.

I've gone through an application for a job for a private company. Cataphract was the company used for the security vetting. From the start to finish, the staff at Cataphract who were directly involved with me were super efficient, fast, helpful and professional. In my 12+ years of working within an industry that requires strict security vetting, this process was the fastest, most in depth, professional and efficient that I've experienced. Bruce who was helped me at the start. Paul Q who did my security vetting teams interview. Aysha and Caroline who helped with processing and finishing the rest.

The company itself is ok very kind and supportive when needed however I have been with them for about a year now and not sure if I have managed to get about 4 bookings.
The app is not very reliable and all the notifications that come for any bookings are taken before you can press confirm.
