So far so good.
I have just booked a catered chalet for Easter next year with Will Coleman. He has been very helpful and his communication has been excellent.
Lets hope the trip goes as smoothly as the booking.

Bit late reviewing my trip from Jan this year (2020).
4 of us booked a ski holiday to Val Thorens, France for 1 week in the third week of Jan this year. We had an amazing time, the chalet was run by Skiline and the catering was second to none.

I booked the holiday with the help of Jules de Burca, our agent. Originally we started out as a group of 10 then down to 8 then 7, 6 etc. Throughout the whole process Jules was amazingly patient and accommodated our annoying changes in group size with no fuss. She still worked to find us the best deal and advised us appropriately about what to expect at each stage.

Jules was approachable, friendly, open and honest at every stage during our booking. Sh was so friendly and made the whole booking experience as stress-free as it could have been considering the circumstances!

If it wasn't for Jules I would have given up organising the trip which would have been a shame because it turned out to be be amazing!

Thank you so so much, will definitely be using Catered Ski Chalets again for future trips!

Great service again this year from Kirstie who was very patient as our party’s requirements kept changing. After exploring a number of options, we have just booked the very first chalet Kirstie recommended to us - great value and perfect for discovering a new ski area. Thank you Kirstie!

Charlie was really patient whilst plans and availability of 16 people changed on an almost daily basis but in the end we found a chalet that suited dates, budgets and needs. Can't wait for the holiday!

After spending an entire week trying to find a suitable chalet holiday for a single traveller without success, I was referred to Catered Ski Chalets by one of the large tour operators. Kirstie was extremely helpful and came up with a solution for me within 30 minutes. I also spoke with Adam to place my booking who was equally helpful. I will use this company again in the future without fail. Highly recommended by my experiences so far.

This is the second time we have booked through Catered Ski Chalets and I’m sure we will use them again.
The first time was in 2018 with a party of 12 (not related). We received great assistance that time and it was easy for us all to pay separately online, and they had great patience sorting out everyone’s personal ski hire.
This time, it is only 4 of us and Su has been quietly helpful following up to see what she could do. Her customer service was first class and it was a delight to deal with her. The booking was complete in no time at all, with all information immediately available on their portal - so easy.
